Reliable oaks was founded in 2006 and is managed by a registered nurse with a wide range of experience in patient-care and a passion for elder-care. She came to Texas 28 years ago bundled over by her eldest brother from London, England after the tragic demise of their mother. The death of her mother left her empty, depressed and without hope.
Reliable Oaks was birthed out of the desire to care for elderly in a home like environment. A loving, caring community where each resident is loved on as a part of our family and addressed by their names not room numbers. At Reliable Oaks Our resident's are not looked at or treated like a burden regardless of their disease process, income level or race.
From the initial intake to the first visit, we take great care to discover the specific needs of your loved one. Reliable Oaks supports our residents with around-the-clock care with access to an experienced registered nurse. Our registered nurse coordinates health care expectations between your physicians, hospice, home health, etc.
How do we care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's at your Supreme Memory Care facility?. At Supreme Memory Care our care team is managed by a full time Registered Nurse 24 hours a day! Windsor Hospice and Palliative Care Service offers dignified end of life care and support to people who wish to spend their final days or months either at their homes or in any facility. Supported by fully trained, knowledgeable and empathic care-givers, this type of care means they are able to remain in a comfortable, familiar environment surrounded by family and well-trained staff.

Supreme Memory Care is without a doubt the best care facility I have ever seen. My mother in law and her sister received not only quality care by highly trained staff but love and compassion. Elizabeth and Paul have made the facility a home where clients and their families feel welcome and secure. Five stars doesn't seem high enough!
