Update:
Since first posting my review things have gotten worse. If minus zero was an option that's what it would be. Family member bullied by caregiver and COMPLETE neglect leading to family member trying to get out of house through window and falling on their head witnessed by neighbor and ambulance and police responded, recieved minor injury. Total disregard for life at this facility (Nantucket Dr in Sugar Land TX)
WHERE was a caregiver?
The care here is minimal at best. They do not keep family members informed of important/urgent issues. They do not return calls. The current facilty manager
