I love it. I deleted the items that don't apply to my plan and I add notes to items that have been started. I reference it ALL the time. I have been using the website on WeddingWire, and it is easy to customize, and the online RSVP pages makes it really simple to track which guests can and can't make it.

I do not recommend spending your money on Wedding Pro (The Knot & Wedding Wire) if you are a vendor. I have not had a working link to my storefront at The Knot for weeks. I have emailed and called support to resolve this issue for my clientele with no avail. My account rep changed half way through and Nicci was unable to be of any more assistance.
To pay $140 a month for a link that doesn't work is inexcusable for a tech company whose entire platform is online. I am disappointed in the communication, quality, and customer service for a renowned international organization.

The worst customer service I have ever received. My storefront is buried behind 1000's of listing, making it almost impossible to find. I was told on the initial consult that this would not happen. Despite being in a global pandemic with no real weddings taking place, they not only refuse to cancel my ad, they will not even put it on hold until things return to normal. I do not and never will treat any of my customers this way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

There are SO many sites out there that dream about being 1/10th of what Wedding Wire is. WW is reliable, thorough, valuable (definitely worth what you pay for), personable, and intentional. Yes, it can be a hefty fee if your company is not in a position to actually gain business, but once you're in that position it's much easier and a much more valuable investment. For example, I paid for 6 months of a featured/spotlighted position and it was a waste of money. But it was a waste of money because I didn't have any reviews and had not taken the time to build my online presence with this particular

My experience with Wedding Wire has gone beyond my expectations. I was actually referred to Wedding Wire by another Wedding Wire Vendor, another Wedding Officiant also. She briefly went over how it works and I didn't need anymore convincing. I'm in the Houston, TX and my representative Shayna Dubler is the absolute best. She's very helpful and responsive. She always has the answers to my questions and I typically have a lot of questions.
