I made an appointment for a group of four. All of us agreed it was the worst pedicure we've ever had, and sadly it was the first time I convinced my boyfriend to go and he was unimpressed. Water wasn't very warm and no foot or leg massage whatsoever, despite that being in the description of the deluxe. Best part was the massage chair, but most places have them. When I got home I had to file the super sharp corners the lady left from only cutting them and not filing.
They were polite, got us in at the time we scheduled, and our nails do look pretty.

Critical: Quality
The day after paying $45 for a fill in, one of my nails chipped, another finger had chipping of the polish and my nail color was already faded. By day three most of both hands were loosing polish and the color is very dull. When I go get my nails done and pay good money, I should feel pampered and my hands should feel good.

This is the best non-fancy nail salon in the area-- trust me, I've done the leg work. Every technician is really attentive, asks you if you'd like something to drink, great massages. I've defected a few times to try out other spots and have regretted it every single time. There's a reason why it's always so full and hard to get in here! My go-to.

The owner is wonderful! She is so sweet, kind, consistent & quite skilled. (My previous nail tech of 13-14 yrs was moody & sometimes mean.😔) She is such a breath of fresh air. I've been getting nails done for 33 years (acrylic mainly, also tried shellac & dip) and she is right up there among the best!

Visited this nail salon the last minute while visiting my friend in Hurricane. One of the best decisions we made that weekend. Facility is very clean and staff is friendly. My tech was patient and precise with my gel mani - even graciously fixed my gel polish when I messed up two nails while wet. Would recommend.

They had a guy there who did my nails and it took him 2 hours for something simple. Then I was just looking at them when he finished and I said I liked them, he then proceeded to say that they didn’t look right because I had hang nails that I picked (which I did) no big deal. But on my ring finger the top is all bubbly and that was actually what I was looking at. He had no reason to point out my anxious habit of picking my nails. Overall a bad experience won’t be going back.

Went here last week 2015. Older man doing pedicure. While my firs cote of polish was drying he fell asleep and never woke back up. No one working there even tried to wake him. They were all laughing. I put my shoes on and left after about 15 minutes. Someone came to check me out and took my money. Unbelievable. Never again.
