I made an appointment well in advance for the salt therapy room for my husband for his birthday and when we got there she told us that a "member" came in and she already put her in the room. Now they confirmed my appointment and they even sent me a reminder about my appointment. They did not even try to make it up and was not even apologetic about it. I will never set foot in that establishment again and I will tell anyone that asks it does no good to make an appointment because they don't honor them!!!!!!

I am upset to say the least. I got my nails done 7 days ago and I enjoyed the way they looked, but 3 have come off already. I am unable to go see them in person and get these fixed, as I am from out of state and am leaving tomorrow. They had no time to grow out, I did not engage in any strenuous activity, but from baking cookies and picking up cookie dough they broke like dry noodles. What makes it worse is that the OWNER did my nails herself and charged me $85 for them to get done. I will never come here again and I hope other people will know what they're getting themselves into before coming

Just got a eyelash lift and tent done. It was $90 for absolutely no change. She took no time at all to let it set not even 10 minutes for the whole appointment. Most of the solution went into my eyes burning them the whole time. I left with dye and glue all over my face. My eye lashes look the same if not worse from when I came in.

I went to Oasis salon for a manicure today and can honestly say that this is the best my nails have ever looked. Stephen did my nails, and they turned out beautifully. They were exactly what I was hoping for when I went to the salon. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him! if you are looking for a place in the Charleston area, you won’t disappointed

Just recently had eyelash extensions, my eyebrows waxed, acrylics, and a gel pedi done for my upcoming wedding. These ladies did a PHENOMENAL job! Extremely professional and so sweet! Everything looks perfect 💕 So happy with my services!! Will definitely return for these services in the future, and I’m excited to try out more of their services! 😊

I had gotten a great manicure with regular polish in Norfolk that didn’t chip until 11 days after, so I decided to stop here for a polish change. She removed the polish, then filed and buffed my nails so much that they are now paper thin and very weak. The paint color is shadowy and looks awful. It chipped after a day and my nails feel like tissue paper now. On top of a horrible polish, I was charged $20 for a polish change, I paid $30 total with tip for ONLY a polish change - regular polish change - no lotion, no manicure of any kind, no cuticle cleanup…just shadowy polish. I had an appointment for a gel pedicure and full set with gel polish. The appointment cost $90, AFTER a $40 gift card was applied. Not sure what that was about considering the level of service I received. The nail tech was very nice, but my nails just look sloppy. She cut me on three separate fingers with the nail drill. Zero cuticle trimming was done and a LOT of excess acrylic was left behind around my nail. The right thumb nail is also completely crooked. I usually do not leave reviews on businesses, but I’ve had my nails done many times and this was by far the worst set I have ever had.

The services I received were good; however, no better than if I stopped at Walmart after shopping. The setting was much nicer, but then people less so. It was high pressure sell during my entire visit. Additional services were recommended at least 7 times during the hour I was there. There was also pressure for a large cash tip, not on a card. The employees also talked continuously among themselves in another language. While I understand English is not their first language, it feels very uncomfortable when it is constant chatter. This was not the relaxing spa experience I sought. I will not return

Went to get a refill and done great work.... within the first week of having my nails 2 broke off and 2 popped off completely. I went in and got my nails fixed and THEY DONE SUCH A POOR JOB. Pictures below. No one wanted to fix my nails... I heard them discussing who had to do it. Smh. They didn't care if it was the same shape, size or anything when they had to fix it. IM SUPER UPSET AND THERE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS!

I go to this spa when my regular nail salon is too busy. However, I do not recommend Oasis for nail services. Their attention to detail is poor. On two separate occasions I went here for dip nails. My nails cracked and chipped within 2 days of receiving the service. I went back both times and had them fixed, but I don't have time to make multiple trips to the nail salon in a week's time. I will not be back.

Normally I sing the praises of oasis but this time not so much! I spent a lot of money here last week on a gel pedicure and dip nails! My pedicure was just ok. Shorter than any other I've ever received there! My nails however are only 1 week old and I have 1 chipping and the rest are lifting! My thumb nail has 4-5 cracks in it! Normally my dip nails last 2-4 weeks but these are complete crap! I don't know if I'll ever go back! So disappointed in what I got for the money I spent! This is the first time I've had this terrible of service! Dip nails should last at minimum 2 weeks

I had a great initial foot massage from an esthetician - then another lady came to do my pedicure, she was the manager. Got up countless times during the pedicure and she got upset because I didn't want her using an electric grinder on my natural nails to cut the cuticles. She then rushed through my pedicure and didn't file my nails after clipping them the paint job looks like a two year old painted my nails and the way I found out she was the manager was by asking the meek front desk girl who the manager was because I wanted to tell them about my experience. I have been to this salon 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years and was always happy with my pedicures. Today was a different story. The nail tech I had, cut my toe with the nippers and it bled and would not stop. She kept putting the Styptic Stick to the area but it did not help. Another thing that really bothered me is she was touching the tip of the liquid directly to the wound. I hope she threw the bottle out and would not use it on another client. I also have a nic on my other toe but it did not bleed. I will not list her name because I know we all make mistakes and we deserve another

Sadly, my husband booked a 1 hour and 10 minute massage on their website for Valentine's day. The massage was ok, but ended about 20 minutes early and was not worth the $80 we paid. My husband went in to ask about it but was told that the spa's policy is to have time for changing???

NEVER GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE. I HAVE BEEN GROWING MY BROWS OUT FOR YEARS AND SHE BUTCHERED THEM. They are now paper thin and look awful. I said very clearly what I wanted, to keep them thick and full and just a slight trim. She messed them up so bad it will take years to get them back. She didn't even leave me enough to fill in. I'm so upset, this really ruined my week home. Never again, Oasis Spa. You are terrible.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE EVERY CHANCE THEY GET!! Far from relaxing and stress relieving. Their customers health and well being are of no concern. Their only interest is swindling as much money as they can before you find out about their business practices. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Don't go to get the dip. My nails aren't shaped, the color is uneven and there is paint all over my hands. Any other time I would protest, but after nearly having my fingers nearly pulled out of the socket I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I can't wait to get this horrible paint job off of my nails.

I got my 3D lash extensions done here. It was the first time I have had them done. They look nicer as the days go by and they relax a little. I don't like the feel of the lashes though, but I think it's just a preference of mine. I would have liked them a little softer feeling. The technician Coco was great. She was very quick with the application. I just think next time I will bring my own lashes.
