They are so thorough and pro-active. Our Technician Tim goes over everything with great detail, answers all our questions and not only tells us what is needed now, but lays out things to look for 1-3 years out. I like that he helps prioritize what is the more urgent needs. He is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the services.

He was great. Zack communicated well what he had to do. Both workers, very respectful. They said the work would be done in 4 hours and they did it. I recommend Doug plumbing. Plus Zack and the other gentleman.

Oscar and assistant installed a 150’ gas line for me, no small task, and did a great job. Fine gentlemen to work with. They’ve done plumbing around the house as well, no complaints. Good work, good people, fair prices, can’t ask for much more.

They are professional and do decent work. However, their fees are too high. Ask anyone in Smithville.
I had them do a couple of repairs. Afterwards, someone at the office called to check to see if I was satisfied. I said that one of the issues didn't appear to be fixed. They sent someone to follow up and that person spent a few minutes checking it out before determining there was no problem. Then they charged me an additional $60 for that. Their office is literally 5 blocks from my house and I spent a good chunk of change for the work already. Oh, and the problem they double checked persists

Doug's Plumbing was recommended to us to do the plumbing for our shower remodel. As long as they were coming out to my house, we decided to have several other plumbing issues addressed. Doug came out to the house. He was very professional and patient as we showed him all we wanted done. He was able to save us money on a faucet rebuild instead of replacement. Doug sent us a written quote very quickly. We changed our minds a couple times and Doug was patient and revised our quote each time. When it was time for the work to be done, Tim and Zach showed up.
