Richard the owner was so nice. He talked with us on the phone for a while before we decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours. He reassured us of everything and he stayed true to what he said!They were so kind and helpful. I had 8 tattoos removed in one day, and we drove all the way from Abilene. They made us feel right at home and were very thorough during the entire process. I plan on continuing to have my tattoos removed here and I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! I have been to skin deep for pico, tattoo removal, Botox and peels. Megan is amazing and my skin has never looked better! If it was your policy to part ways with missed appointments, why would you ever allowed 4 appointments to be missed! Sad that you have to result to lying to defend your bad attitude.

PLEASE NEVER GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I honestly feel so sorry for the entire staff that has to work with the front desk guy “Richard” having to deal with this guy is a NIGHTMARE. Trying to get any kind of help or simply scheduling/rescheduling an appointment with him will get you absolutely no where but anger management classes. I really hope they find a replacement soon! I love coming here but firmly believe Richard will be the downfall of this entire place!!!!

What an incredible experience!!! I have previously had lip fillers at another clinic and it was the most painful experience I could remember. I loved the results but swore I would never have this procedure done because of the pain. They are the most amazing people and facility I have every been too. I had a horrible experience at a different doctors office while I was getting treatment with skin deep at the same time. The other doctor was not responsive and I was very concerned. I called skin deep for advice. DR. Reihm and Richard went so far out of there way to make sure I was ok, if they didn’t know the answer they found out. If I could give them a 10 star review I would.
