I’m new to the area and also new to BMW ownership so it was difficult finding a tech who I could trust. After a lot of recommendations I took the hour long trip to Bimmer Werks to get my valve cover replaced. Working with Amr was simple and he answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly, professionally and for a good price. Happy to say I have found my new garage for my pride and joy.

My car lost power on a highway and in the morning I called Bimmer Werks straight away. They had tight schedule but didnt leave me without help. Turned out my water pump stopped working. They ordered new OEM replacement part and got told the car will be ready by noon. Few hours later by noon it was ready to go pick it up. Great attitude and very professional. Definetly recommend it to fix your bimmer at Bimmer Werks , MD

This was my first visit with Bimmer Werks, but I will be back. Service took only a couple of hours, the price was reasonable, and Amr was very personable and straight forward. The shop is clean and clearly well run. It's no wonder why all of the reviews are so positive!

Amr, spoke to me as one human in need of service would hope to be treated. With respect, understanding and empathy for the situation. He inspected my car and found the issue (his diagnosis was accurate) there no frills or surprises on the back end. He was upfront about cost but guaranteed his services. I went off the reviews for what I thought could be an easy fix. Worst experience ever. He was discourteous and sexist. Didn’t test my vehicle thoroughly to confirm based on his certified qualifications. He was very pushy when asking valid questions as a consumer. We went from there’s nothing wrong with the car to now I see it. Vehicle was in the shop way too long and when I shared that I could call the certified BMW to challenge his credentials and that his work is under warranty for a year his tune changed. Don’t be fooled!

I took my 2004 530i BMW to Bimmer Works to initially replace the oil pan gasket. The owner Amir quoted me $700 cash price. Then he said they normally replace the engine mounts with a car over 100k miles, which mine was. He said he will call me back Friday with the price since he uses aftermarket engine mounts. I explained to him I want the price because as a member of BMW CLUB I would prefer BMW PARTS and I get discounts at the dealer. He said that car uses a couple of different brands but he assured me he would get an aftermarket brand. Well right before I drove over there to drop off my car

I've been a regular customer of Amr's shop. He's been active in the motorsports and racing community of the area for years and have always been my go-to recommendation for European cars. I'm a DIYer and very picky about the work if I allow anyone else to touch my car I always will inspect the work. I have never had an issue with their workmanship, timeliness, communication or negotiated price. Speaking of price, for an independent shop their prices are fair and consistent. I was supposed to submit my rating months ago but totally got sidetracked with work. I'm now a life long customer! Not many places we can say for a fact we will only be a patron to. You will get the absolute best treatment at this shop. I brought in my 2012 528xi. It had a list of issues. Amr and the crew took care of what mattered the most. Did not try to sell or oversell. I'm not sure what that person was talking about when they gave a 1 star review. These guys are honest, timely, and reasonable. They command the highest quality of auto repair. Bar none, the best!! I plan to come here from now on, even though it is 50 minutes from my house. Well worth it. I will never take my car to he dealership again!

If u want pure, honest auto repair, see Amr. You may not like the answer to ur automotive problems, but Amr will be brutally direct & straightforward. He will give you more than what you pay for and deliver a higher quality than you've experienced before. For me, trust is first & foremost when getting my vehicle repaired. Trust Amr.

I've been working on cars my whole life and I've never seen a better mechanic than Amr. He specializes in BMWs and euro cars but can fix anything. Not only can he fix anything, he is so efficient and knowledgeable that it's even fun to watch him work! He has worked on my 2004 M3, 1992 325ic, 1998 M3, 2008 Saturn Outlook, 2001 Toyota 4Runner, etc. The new shop is amazing and his prices are the best you will find for the quality of work you're receiving. He started out as my go to mechanic ten years ago and now he is like family. Who else can say that about their mechanic!
