Great customer service from Shawn and Johnny!!! Johnny went over and above to tell me the details of damage done to my car and communication throughout the process was excellent!!! Repaired my bumper in 2 days, which was way before estimated finish date!!! I recommend this shop to anyone needing any type of work done on their vehicle(s)!!!!

110% satisfied, excellent work. Our Toyota Corolla hit a deer, which destroyed the front right of the car, bent the hood, etc. RPM was very friendly and professional, kept me updated with texts and a couple phone calls, and the car came back looking even better than before the accident. Can't ask for much more than that, highly recommended!

From beginning to end my experience with the shop was amazing. I ended up hitting a deer which messed up my entire front end and from start to finish I was walked through every step of what was being done to my car. Once I picked up my car back from the shop I saw they had actually gone out of their way and cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car. They also went ahead and cleaned my headlights which I had been dreading for weeks doing. I definitely will be returning for any of my car maintenance needs.

RPM is a good place to go to, they are really nice and keep you updated on your vehicle.
I came here because someone side swipe my car and they did a great work on the paint but there is a bit of overspray on one spot (hopefully it can be fix when I go back to get my front bumper)and the only down side is with the car wash provided because it left these swirl mark all over the car. Other than that I would highly recommend all the other services!! Still a 5 star to me.

Went to RPM for a body repair and the result was FANTASTIC!!! My car was restored to brand new. The delivery of the job was on time, I was always updated of the whole process almost everyday and the customer service on location was also very great. RPM fixed my car perfectly and went well above what I paid for. The only thing that needed done was replacing the transmission, but anything else such as dashboard indicator lights for tires and fluids and the engine were no longer lit after getting my car back. They even cleaned the inside. All of these extras were not even charged. The transmission is working great and my 2017 Ford Focus feels like I just drove it off the lot, brand new. RPM has a courteous staff of professionals that really care and do a great job!
