Me and my husband had tried calling this company several times. Last time I was able to talk to someone it was man, it was rude told me that was the answering service to call the next day and hang up the phone. I did called again the next day at 10:00 Am no answer.
With that impression I decided to call the case manager of my mother and got her another company out of the 3 they offer us. I'm glad I decided to call all the companies before my mother was assigned to any company.

GARBAGE! If only there was ZERO stars, that’s what they deserve. Disrespectful beyond imagination. My octogenarian father was issued homehealth via the hospital & the hospital told me this agency was assigned to us. Imagine my surprise when I repeatedly called, left messages without return call, only to have someone answer & then they hang up on me!!!! NEVER CARING! Stay far away

I've worked as the assessment RN for Always Caring for the past few months and have nothing but positive things to report. Adrian and Rebecca are not only extremely professional, their attention to detail and advocacy for their clients is beyond commendable. Every patient that I have had the pleasure of meeting with has had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experiences. The staff of Always Caring deeply cares about the health and safety of their clientele. I have worked with many different HHA and CNA companies, but would use them as my first choice if the time ever came where I needed
