We would recommend Marlene Katz to anyone interested in moving to the Port St Lucie/Martin County FL area.
We were in a terrible situation constructing a house in Martin County. Our first builder filed for Chapter 7 after working with him for almost 2 years. Fortunately we found another builder and continued building the house. During this time we realized that our life situation had changed and that we no longer desired to move to Florida. We found Marlene Katz on UpNest and we are so glad we did. We live currently about 1000 miles from Martin County and she took care of everything remotely
