Overall the company has been great to work with. We have only been working with them for a few months but as of now we are satisfied with the responsiveness from the staff. We have not experienced too many issues that has required our company to need any in depth help from Ferrara IT but being able to get someone on the phone when we call and not having to wait on hold very long is a plus. They even reached out to us when our servers went offline do to a power outage.

Ferrara IT runs a shady operations. The owner hires inexperienced employees who frequently make mistakes, in turn those mistakes are blamed on the internal staff of their clients. Ferrara IT frequently works with sub-par contractors causing substantial delays and hiccups during on-boarding. The owner himself plays is clients internal employees against one another, consistently telling you he considers you a "friend" so minimize the frustration of on going issues. No technical issues are ever remediated with Ferrara they are simply patched and moved past. BE WARNED against getting tangled with with

FerraraIT has been excellent from inception of our account until this present day. We had a complicated situation with a prior IT company and Ferrara came in and took the lead simply and professionally. We were referred to Ferrara IT Services from another one of their happy customers. Our systems were very slow and we had many issues with viruses. After one onsite visit they permanently fixed all of our virus issues and provided a plan to fix the slowness of our systems.
Ferrara IT quickly resolved our performance issues, created a backup plan, secured our network, and helped us develop an IT plan for the future.
