Graffen does a great job in all aspects. They are responsive and have always found a solution for my problems. Brian in sales is knowledgeable and always helpful. His customer service is the best. I recently had an issue with my dictation equipment and the technical department fixed the problem in under an hour remotely without any disruption. I highly recommend Graffen.

Graffen is the IT contractor for my employer. When I have an IT issue I email the support department and they call me. The technicians there are great. They are very friendly and helpful and never have a superior attitude. They listen to what I have to say and they are always able to help me solve the problem efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My law firm uses them for a variety of services from printers to dictation, and we are never disappointed by quality nor service.
