We are a Yoga and Massage studio located in the beautiful Uptown Martinsville, Virginia on the historical Courthouse Square. We offer a variety of holistic healing modalites to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Join us for yoga, massage, or get a manicure/pedicure at Polished, located inside Just Breathe.

It is our goal to help improve your physical wellness, enhance your emotional wellbeing thus creating a healtier, happier you. The intention of massage therapy is to reduce stress, promote overall wellness, relax muscles, diminish pain and move fluids to nourish cells and help remove waste products helping to restore your body back to its natural balance.

Sheila Hubbard, founder of Just Breathe Yoga and Bodywork and Henry County, has been striving to promote health and healing in the area through many modalities since 1998. She is a Board Certified Massage Therapist and holds a Virginina State License in Massage Therapy. Sheila utilizes many modalities to tailor your session to your specific needs.
Here at Just Breathe Yoga & Bodywork you will enjoy a yoga class taught by our professional, well trained and caring instructors. So, if its your first yoga class or you are a seasoned practitioner we offer a class just for you. We offer a fully equipped yoga studio. We supply you with everything you will need for your class: mats, blocks, yoga belts, bolsters, blankets, etc.
Here at Just Breathe we want your yoga experience to be most beneficial to your body, mind and spirit. We offer professional qualified instructors that will help you find the best class for your individual needs, guide you through the practice safely while creating better alignment in your body so that our nervous system can return to a calm, more balance state.
Our program is designed to help future teachers and enthusiastic students inspire and deepen their understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga. It is our desire to develop teachers that are passionate about sharing the gift of yoga. The program consists of 9 modules (weekends) to help meet the needs of your schedule.
According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists, "Yoga therapy is the professional application of the principles & practices of yoga to promote health & well-being within a therapeautic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management & yoga practices for individuals & groups."
