Alpha Packaging, Inc. was founded in 1987 and is the largest independently owned corrugated box manufacturing company in Arkansas. At home in Greenwood, Arkansas our facility has a manufacturing capacity of 150,000 square feet on 14 acres. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, capable of creating virtually any style container, including triple wall and plastic corrugated.

At Alpha Packaging, Inc., we serve as a one-stop-shop for all packaging material needs. Alpha's product offering encompasses more than corrugated boxes. The foam plant is located within our box manufacturing facility which compliments the kitting department. Foam fabrication includes a two-dimensional profile saw, 140-ton die cutter, skivers, saws, heat welders, and custom-built equipment to handle specialty products.

They allow managers to get into employees faces and yell and downgrade them and fire you saying it's your fault with no proof to do so. They have a high turn over rate due to one manager always getting away with yelling and getting into the employees face, sending threats and trying to make you feel small for something that's not in your control. I highly don't recommend this place to anyone and dont want them to go through what tons of people have gone through counting me.

Horrible place to work i was there for a year and became a operator i only got a 40 cent raise i was not making operator pay i went in to the office last monday to ask for a raise i came in that following Tuesday and got fired they dont treat their employees very well and they dont care about your well being they had temps starting out at 10 50 making more than the guy who had been there over a year they have new management out at alpha packaging the HR lady has been screwing up peoples checks and the new safety advisor is crooked alpha packaging is a horrible place to work

Temped here for two weeks. Got so sick yesterday couldn't hold down water. Was told by another employee to clean up my throw up in a trashcan. They don't care about the workers. My suppervisor Kenny on 2and shift was a great guy and was allways helpful. Got a doctor's note today for yesterday and today. But they already called the temp service and let me go. But it was a clean work place not to fast paced but very boring work.
