It has been saving us money. Our electric bill went down significantly for the past two months. Everything was explained to us - everything from A to Z. Now we have solar on both the house and the shed that Apex built for us and we love them. From the first point of contact to the installation, everything was seamless and taken care of.
We felt confident working with everyone at Apex and we had a great experience. The installers worked so fast, and they were all very kind to our kids. When I first got my electric bill that was normally $250 a month in the summer, it was $17.90 and I said 'Well! Now this was worth it! Installing a new roof doesn't need to be a cost-prohibitive process.

Unfortunately, Apex doesn't care about maintaining previously installed systems. We had our system installed in summer 2018. One of our panels started malfunctioning in January 2020. When reporting our problem we were ignored, told that it must be snow (there was no snow to be found), etc. It took till March for a technician to come and identify the problem which is supposedly easy to repair. We were told the problem would be fixed within the next 2 days. It's now middle of July and our panel still doesn't produce any energy. We have yet to see a technician or even have a scheduled appointment

Brent McDevitt was our contact person....he was very professional and was available whenever we needed him. The crew was very professional and were neat and clean. The deal for taxes was handled by the office staff so we did not have to do anything to get the nyserda match. The only reason they don't get 5 is because we are waiting for the sun!!!!
