Worst experience ever with a mortgage refinance. We were lied to constantly by Arielle, misled and deceived on a weekly/almost daily basis. Went to her office to sign papers for “closing” in March, which turned out to be another lie. Questioned her about the funds transfer delay, more lies. Constant excuses and flat out lies. In reality, we did… not close until two months after the “closing” at her office. I would NEVER recommend this company, and am contemplating filing a report with the NC licensing bureau, which I can substantiate with the constant stream of messages

I was very disappointed with the customer service at Ross Mortgage. I initially worked with Grace on a closing and a refinance. I had concerns along the way and when I expressed those concerns, Michael took over who was arrogant and condescending. I went back to Grace to finish the closings. She did not show up for the closings and I never… received a follow up call or email to either see how the closings went or to thank me for being a customer. Not a surprise that the company never sent me a survey. I didn't feel appreciated or respected. I had much better experiences when working with
