Team Lisa by Mortgage 1 strives for our goal of being the best with high customer-service satisfaction. There aren't quite as many loan programs as there are borrowers, but it seems like it sometimes! We'll work with you to qualify you for the best loan program to fit your needs. But there are some general considerations you can have in mind in advance. Are you refinancing primarily to lower your rate and monthly payments?
With a fixed-rate loan, your monthly payment of principal and interest never change for the life of your loan. Your property taxes may go up (we almost said down, too!), and so might your homeowner's insurance premium part of your monthly payment, but generally with a fixed-rate loan your payment will be very stable.

Team Lisa helped assure we were on track every step of the way throughout the process of buying our first home. Had a great experience with the company, kept us updated about what was happening and were open about what was going on. Most of the time they would give us a 3-5 day window on getting certain projects and such done, but almost always got it done the same day anyways. If you decide to go with Mortgage 1, they definitely will help you help them!

Team Lisa's customer service was absolutely amazing! I asked general questions often, and repeatedly asked for estimates on mortgages for houses I was going to look at so I'd know my bidding limits. They responded quickly, even on weekends - I never waited more than 12 hours (including night time).
