We connected with Jason Sypula from the Debra West Re-Max team thru a google search. He was very personable from the beginning and took the time to ask about what we were looking to find. We spoke for a couple weeks prior to making the trip to house hunt in Texas. Once in Texas we actually met him before a quick tour of the city and local hot spots.
He knew exactly what we were looking for and only showed us homes that fit our expectations.
Jason didn’t try to sell us a house, as he says he just introduces people to homes and the home makes the deal. He was so right. We ended up purchasing

Jason has been amazing throughout this WHOLE process. Since I live a couple of hours away from where I am buying, he went to the houses and did video with his thoughts. I have never worked with a Realtor who would truly go above and beyond like Jason Sypula. I can't recommend him enough so if you are in the market, Jason is your realtor.

My realtor Jason was GREAT! No matter the day or time, he always answered my questions and made sure I understood every bit of the home buying process. He took out time to explain the things I was signing. He found the perfect move-in ready home for me and my family.
