Tim Lockhart sold my home in Wichita Falls, TX. He was very professional, used connections thru other Keller Williams associates, kept me informed throughout the list and selling process. He contacted me and ask for the job of selling my home. He told me what he would do and how he conducted his agency. I was so impressed I listed the home with him and now it is sold.

Tim did a great job of selling our house in Wichita Falls. He does more than just put it on the internet. He actively tries to sell it. For example, an interested buyer wanted to install a gas stove, but was concerned on the cost of getting a gas line. Tim called a local contractor out and got the buyer an estimate the same day. He was also quick to answer my questions and return phone calls and emails.
