Coastline Properties is a LOCALLY owned real estate business that in my opinion is solely concerned with generating revenue over the interests of both buyer and seller.
When representing me as the seller my agent used dated "comp's" which were substantially lower than asking price in order to flip the house faster in a "sellers market" and during this experience it was clear my agent was networking with the buyer's agents during the entire selling process in order to expedite the sale over my best interests.
It has been communicated to me by a number of individuals who had been in the market
