Their customer service is outstanding! Zane (sp?) goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best option for your needs. I told him I wanted to ship internationally the cheapest way. He let me know that it might be over $50 (to China), but that he would do his best. He spent time researching it and managed to come back with something in the $20 range I was hoping for. I didn’t expect him to take time for me like that - after all, I’m not their only customer - but he happily volunteered. I had other errands to run so I told him to take his time. I have used Post Boxes, ETC since moving to the area three years ago. I have had outstanding customer service every time I have gone there. I love this place! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. We ship internationally and it’s always nice to have his expertise in the process since customs is involved. Not only do we use this place for international shipping, but we also use it for domestic shipping as well. I drive from Waller just to come to Post Boxes Etc and will continue to do so because of the exceptional customer service! And not to Mention, I love to support our small businesses!

I can not say enough good things about this business. We have been using them for at least 5 years for business and personal needs. the business changed owners a few years and back and it only took the 2nd time of me going in to drop off boxes to ship and the man, Zane, already knew my name. He took his time with me, explained all of the different shipping rates available, never rushed me, even with a line of 2-3 people. I have been at the back of that line before also, he treats all his customers with greetings, respect and searches to find rates or meet whatever need they may have. I have shipped

We have used the Post Box Etc in Fairfield for a number of years and our experience has always been great: We started using them for our business mail because the regular mail carriers never seemed to get our mail to us on a regular basis and after too many payments not being received we made the move and couldn't be happier. The additional benefit is that we can have packages delivered there as well so they aren't left on our it door step to be stolen.

I usually drop-off my pre-paid packages here, and everything was OK until now. Last Saturday 12 Jan 2019, I dropped off my package and right now 14 Jan 2019 USPS website said it's not received my package. I asked Post Boxes ETC, they said all packages transferred to Post office. I went to Post office, they found nothing. Tracking # 9200 1902 0043 6500 0065 9098 28. I don't know where my package right now? Who lost it? But I knew my customer's upset.

I sent a package out to a company who used to have their mailbox here and unbeknownst to me the company had moved (honest mistake, probably happens all the time) I asked the woman working if she would be so kind as to return it to the postman the next time he dropped off the mail which would be the nice thing to do and it would cost her nothing to return it to me the sender. The foreign woman was rude on both occasions that I spoke with her and gave me false hope, she finally informed me that my package was long gone, which probable means she threw it away. The woman working their is deplorable

Bad service! Went in to have a very important check sent via priority..... Overcharged, but I was okay with it as long as it was sent correctly. The person helping me mistyped the forwarding address, which I verified on the label. She took a "sharpie" and "corrected" it. I assume to change it later. I didn't feel comfortable about the experience so I called USPS later to verify it had been sent correctly. Found out, SHE ALSO MISTYPED THE ZIP CODE!!!! USPS had to notify the post office handling my package to route it to the right zip code. How hard is it to type
