Absolutely the best transport service in the game! Ask for Mike- He will take care of any of your needs. He is responsive, communicates well and always delivers on his word. Ive worked with many transport companies and most have been average- not accurate delivery times, no communication, etc. NOT here!! These guys are the best in the biz. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about New World Auto Transport. I recently moved from Houston to Oregon and was nervous about shipping my car. Everyone was so nice and helpful on the phone, via emails, and even texts. I entertained bids from several shippers. One was $200 cheaper but did not like to communicate and gave a 10-14 day window to pick up the car, and a 3 week window to deliver it. Another was $100 cheaper but gave a 6 day window to pick up and 15 day to deliver. Another was $300 more. New World let me pick the day they would pick up saving me the expense of a rental car, and delivered

Not only was this the first time buying a vehicle sight unseen, but it was also the first time I was going to have said vehicle shipped across multiple states. Steve the CEO called me personally and explained the whole process and really listened to my concerns and assured me that everything was going to be okay and operate smoothly. He sent a very nice enclosed 3 car trailer to pickup my vehicle in Texas and have it delivered to me here in CA. The entire process went very smooth and when my car arrived it looked beautiful and was packaged nicely inside the trailer. If you are searching for a transportation

The drivers were fantastic & worked with me to find the best time and location to drop off my car. They came earlier than expected, and my car was delivered with no damages at all. However, the "coordinators" provided poor communication in arranging the transport-- after a 2 hour phone call with them, they were still unable to pick up my car for transport (at the original time that they had told me) and were very inflexible with working around my work schedule. Additionally, I had mentioned to Steve that at the drop-off destination, we would be unable to meet the car there until a certain time

Steve stepped in for one of his guys (who dropped the ball for me) to make my move happen. You have to be flexible with the pickup day - get it out before the movers come. Leroy, the vehicle transporter, was a super guy. Steve and Leroy kept me informed. Peace of mind, now that I have my baby in the new shop.

If you are looking for white glove service for your Exotics look no further than New World Auto Transport. Impeccable customer service from Steve and Diane, from the first contact thru the post delivery follow up. You are constantly informed of the progress of the vehicles and the drivers are very punctual. The cars are treated as the priced possessions they are and are dusted at pickup and again before delivery. The pricing was fair and there were no attempts to up charge for unnecessary services or special delivery charges as some of the big corporate carriers do, I will never use any other carrier
