I took my car in for an oil change on Thursday. When the work was finished I was told that I need new shocks, new tires, and an alignment. Ok. I will call next week to schedule service. Monday morning, I noticed a large lump in the floorboard of the backseat behind the driver seat. Took it directly back to the shop and talked to the manager. I opened the back door, he looked in "we didn't do that." "Maybe you hit a rock." Took my car to a different shop for an opinion, and was told it for sure looks like damage from the lift. I was about to buy new tires with life time warranty alignment from this place. But after I really saw all the condition and term. I find out it was kind scamming business.
The guy showed "some screws that the car may need", the cost is very pricey. So if they want, they can easily excuse to not do the alignment. Unless you pay for the "screws and labor work".
So at the end it can sound nice but not true
No wandering why they have so bad reviews.

They are crooks. Aside from the 125.00 an hour labor charge, they charged 500.00 labor to replace a bearing, which is beyond ridiculous. In addition to a U-Joint, the total charge was over 1200.00, far more than any shop would charge in the area. And if that were not enough, the vehicle wasn't even fixed properly. A three-hour job at most, they claimed it to be nine hours.

Dang it, it's the dead of winter and I've had two flats in less than a week! I bought a new set of tires just last September from Acorn Tires and that "road hazard" option is always a smart choice! The guys always find time to fit me in when the place is swamped with vehicles. They had me back on the road in no time! I go no where else when it comes to tires! Highly recommended!

This place use to be my go-to place for an oil change but recently it has been way too inconsistent with the price of the same service. When asked why, they say "We are now using Mobile 1."

I would like to preface this by saying the staff are very friendly and the prices are fair. On my first visit I was given a 1.5hr time quote for a tire alignment. It took 2+hrs and left with a car that was unaligned as I ran out of time to wait for the car to be done; I had to come back for another 1.5hr visit to replace a part to make it aligned. On my third visit I was quoted 1-1.5hrs again for an alignment and oil change. It took 1.25hrs for JUST the oil change, and another 1hr for the alignment. They come out to update you like every 45 minutes and make it sound like they're almost

After my initial review, the gentleman that I worked with called me again to say that he had spoken with the owner. The owner apologized through him for the confusion and offered services in lieu of the credit I thought I was getting. I've since brought my car in to utilize those services. They were quick, professional and got the services completed as expected. I would say, when getting offers in relation to tire purchases, make sure that you understand and have in writing what you are getting - otherwise, I love the tires that I got upon my first service there and follow up has been

The whole team was great! I took my car on a whim to get an oil change. They got me in and out within an hour! They explained everything they did to my car and also advised on what I needed done in the future. Matt was awesome and even followed up after to see if everything was ok. I stopped in to get some air for a low tire and they found a nail in the tire. I was told it was not repairable due to the location of the puncture and I would need a new tire. Not in stock but Matt found one, come close to matching the price I could get the tire elsewhere and within three hours they had it mounted and ready to roll.

After reading very mixed reviews about this place, honestly, I'm surprised. I only worked with the manager, Matt. He was thorough and informative through the entire process. I just got an oil change and they did a great job. They let me know what was going on through the entire process. They informed me that there was a metallic tint in my oil which meant that there was some metal. Not good. They told me what was going to happen from there with my engine and sure enough they were right. I appreciate the honesty despite the bad news. I'll bring my car back here for sure simply because

I visited Acorn Tire in December 2016 for an oil change. I couldn't have been more dissatisfied with the service. During the service, I was informed my vehicle needed a new serpentine belt, new front brakes/rotors and a new cabin filter
I've since checked it and there's not one crack in my serpentine belt. Another mechanic confirmed this as well.

This shop is way more than just tires!!! The guys that work here are great! They take their time to explain what the issues are as well as all of your options. Genuine, kind, sincere. They provide the type of customer service and information you simply do not find everywhere. Service is always completed promptly. Rides to and from home are a major plus for me!
