I got a flat tire, the Cassidy Tire staff noticed that my tires were worn even though they had a mileage of 22,000 miles, I couldn't believe it because I usually replace it after 60,000 miles but it was true, it follows that a Nissan dealer cheated me and I bought a new car with a high mileage, of course, reset.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, they want youre home adress to change the tire , they don't let you stay in side of the car when they do it , they want youre keys ,,, I just read the reviews and someone wrote that something was stolen out of there car and they found trash on the passenger seat...no way Jose you are getting our keys and getting inside our car to change 1 tire! We turned around and went to a place 5 min away from there with cheaper prices and nicer staff !!! I DEFENATLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

So I went here on Saturday 10/23/21 with a 10:30 appointment to get an alignment and tire balancing. I thought I would be in and out of there but nope. Had to wait till noon for them to tell me they couldn't do the alignment as the mechanic couldn't stay past closing. They did the balancing though, and even though their website stated it would cost 15$ per tire, they also charged me an extra 10$ per tire for MOUNTING THE TIRES. I don't think removing 5 bolts counts as mounting but what do I know.
All in all would give 0 stars, but the customer service rep was decent.

My girlfriend went in for a scheduled alignment. Turns out, she didn't need an alignment and the front tires needed balancing. $40 to balance them, fair.
However, they were trying to charge her $40 because "of the time their guys took to look at the alignment" bringing the bill to $80.
We don't appreciate getting charged for "getting something looked at". I have never in my life been charged for an estimate or to get something looked at, ever, anywhere except for here.

Absolutely the worst tire shop I’ve ever been to if I could leave zero stars I would, took in my 2020 F450 for a tire rotation. On receiving the truck back there was gouging in the 19.5 high polished wheels that they responded “you curb rashed your wheels” and “we had to remove the hammer on wheel weight” victor was nice to deal with at first but soon after the problem arose he was quick to defend his employees actions with claiming it was my fault. Asked to speak with the owner and was followed up by “Rick” who is “just in the office” also saying how he agrees with victor. All

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A GUY FROM A FRONT DESK!!!( Didnt want to say his name) Just wanted to bring my truck to their shop which was recomended by some good people from the same industry. While i was explaining problem my with truck he interrupted me and said: "Ok I know you have your tires, you just said that 3 times!!" So i asked him if anything is wrong saying it , maybe he is unpatient, than he with satisfaction in his voice said that he doesnt want to help me. I went to this shop and talked with him but it seems like he didnt care at all. If you are frustrated, having a bad day

I stopped in for a tire check because the "low tire" light was illuminated on my dash board. They checked and found all four tires were low on air pressure, but did not charge me to fill them up. They said if the problem persists I should come back for a more thorough exam. I think I'll be coming back for all my tire needs in the future.

Cassidy was recommended to me by my top notch mechanic. Setting up an appointment was easy over the phone and they laid out all the options for me simply with exact quotes and estimates on times. These guys are great and are always very helpful. I have purchased several sets of tires here and the customer service is outstanding. My most recent experience illustrates this. I noticed a screw in one of my tires on a late Saturday afternoon. I called Cassidy and asked if they could fit me in on such late notice. I wanted the tire checked before a family road trip the next day. They gladly fit me in, removed the screw and patched the tire quickly. I highly recommend Cassidy Tires for all your tire and alignment needs.

Had 4 Toyo Versado Noir tires put on my 2016 Honda Civic and just wanted to say that the performance of the tires speak for itself but the customer service @ Cassidy Tires of Arlington Heights was OUTSTANDING. My service advisor was Courtney who was polite, courteous and professional, who handled everything and delivered within my limited time frame! She called me shortly after my drop off to let me know that I also was in need of a front end alignment and asked if I wanted to come in to see their findings. I declined as I felt confident that it would be a good idea to do it the same day of installing

Bought my tires from tire rack, however found Cassidy Tire on TR's site to do the install. Price was more reasonable than the others and had good reviews. Most installers people didn't even provide reviews so had confidence Cassidy would be a good shop. Just had four new tires installed on my Infiniti. The team was very nice, told me other items I could have done if I wanted but they were very clear it was all optional and never felt pressure. I had them check my alignment and they were very honest that it was in good shape and didn't need to be done. Service like that, other

I shopped around for brakes a few months ago, and not only was Cassidy Tires the cheapest, but they explained everything to me. (What the actual measurement came to be, and what this means) while other shops just said that I needed to get the breaks done today ( which was not the case).
I also had a rare experience of having a faulty oil filter installed in my car. Cassidy Tires took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fine with the car and I was a happy customer who will return

I would highly recommend Cassidy Tire. My appointment was set up by Rick in the corporate office. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns.
Kevin in Arlington hts helped me a lot. I had asked for the wrong tire size. This made the original quote invalid. Between Kevin and Rick I got the correct tire at a great price.
I waited, which was not a problem. They are right around the corner from Mariano's. Nice to get some grocery shopping done while waiting.
Go again? Why sure. A real pleasure dealing with Cassidy tire.

I awoke to find that I had a flat unrepairable tire. I was stuck and not far from Cassidy and gave them a call based on a family members recommendation. Kevin was friendly and very helpful.
After changing my tire I took my car in and got four new tires and rear brakes. Rather than waiting in the shop they were friendly enough to offer me a rind home to downtown arlington heights.
Cassidy tire provided me with great friendly service and was able to work on my car with a quick turn around. Highly recommended.
