One of our drivers received a traffic citation and we contacted Mr. Terry. From the beginning he was very responsive and very explanatory about the whole process. Mr. Terry had a patience for all questions that we have had and with his help everything was resolved pretty quickly. We would definitely recommend him!

I live in the state of Washington and last month as I was visiting the East Coast, I got a ticket violation. I didn’t want my Wa drivers record to be affected plus insurance rates will go up. So I looked for lawyers in PA, and for 3 days of searching on the internet, there was no luck for me. On the 4th day of searching, I came across Terry’s website. I called him right away and he actually said he could help me!! Apparently, where I got pulled over, was in the middle of no where, that’s why no one could help, but Terry on the other hand, gave me very good advice. And agreed to take my case

I found Terry Hess on a google search and I am so happy that I did! Terry personally answered the phone when I called, which I wasn't expecting, but so happy that he did. He talked through the traffic violation and provided next steps......all without charging me a penny. What an awesome person. In the event that I needed a lawyer, I am so thankful that I found Mr. Hess. He was outstanding and incredibly professional. Terry is the best lawyer in state college and possibly the most underrated also. He is thoughtful, devoted and puts his clients first. He loves representing Penn State students and he genuinely wants to help people get out of situations they are in. Terry has helped me effectively get out of the worst hole in my life and truly wish I could give him 6/5 stars because that would be a more accurate rating than 5/5. If you have any sort of problem, Terry should be your representative.
