In November, 2021, we contacted Giant RV about a 2021 travel trailer. Their price was high, especially considering the 2022 model was already out and selling... AND the 2022 models were selling for much less than their 2021.
Regardless, I tried talking to their sales representative, Bill. I explained the situation and straight up told him that the year 2022 model was selling for less than his 2021, and wanted to see if there was any wiggle room.

Terrible customer service. Bought a brand new 2022 trailer from them, stereo diddnt work upon walk through. Was ensured it would be fixed upon delivery. Got the trailer and still doesn't work, been contacting them for months now and still they want me to call my warranty to fix something that I was ensured would be taken care of before delivery. Now I'm just getting ignored. Definitely would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I regret buying this trailer from giant rv. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

My husband and I purchased a 2022 Forest River Rockwood Signature 36'8" travel trailer. With the help from Jacques Reid. Absolutely horrible experience. We recently purchased a 2020 Genesis MGM 24 LE and after having this for just a day, we realized the toilet bowl would not hold water. We contacted Giant RV and they asked us to take pictures of tag & toilet and assured us someone would be in touch with us to fix the problem. 2 plus months later and countless back and forth miscommunication we are told they will not fix this toilet. What happened to having a warranty? When it came down to getting this issue resolved Giant RV had nothing for us. An empty hand and told us to take it up with manufacturer. Every

My Daughter bought a trailer at GIANT RV. Trailer fell apart after 2 days. Happened in early June. Asked for management to get ahold of us several times. No reply. Wish we hadn't paid for it in cash, then we could have recourse and maybe they would care. Service will repair the damage, but won't be completed till after the summer is over. Complete summer lost for vacationing. Daughter had to cancel all vacation plans. The cabinet opening you see in the picture is where the microwave was, before it came tumbling out destroying several things in its path.

Very nice people who are great at selling and horrible at service and quality control. Originally I had praised them on a previous review because of a problem we had when we bought a used motorhome that in less than one day proved to be a lemon. They took it back and sold us a brand new unit but clearly did zero quality control on it. After going through the approval process, I found out the Tavel trailer I was approved for was sold to someone else. This left me with financing for a travel trailer they did not have. After running my credit several times and downgrading my credit score. I still don't have a travel trailer. I was offered an inferior unit and a used unit and a professional response of " we don't have one, what do you want me to do." That was from their sales manager. I was also told I could order one, but it would take 6 months to a year if they were able to get one.

After two trips out close to home we noticed a leak from the freshwater dump valve. It took me 3 weeks of me calling to get an appointment. I kept getting the "I'll give them a message and someone will call you back." Then the shop "manager" said they never got a message.

Hubby and I dropped into the sales Dept after ordering some parts for our 2015 C-Class RV. We were assigned a salesman who showed us inside the toy haulers they had in stock.
We were interested in a possible trade in using our rv; but every 2021 was around $95k. But we also needed to get a truck with fifth wheel hitch. It was a lot to consider.
The salesman said as long as the condition/mileage matched what we said, he'd give us $30k for the RV.
The quick payment estimate before running a credit report was $600 a month. We thought let's go for it.
The sales manager came back with
