The sales experience was fine, not great as always the salesman took advantage of the fact we had never purchased an RV and left out several important things needed to actually use the RV, tow, electrical, etc.
Whatever my fault for not reading up.
The serious issue came when we went in for service,
When we purchased we were told and encouraged to bring the RV back to repair any defects discovered within the 1st year under the "Bumler to Bumper" manufacturers warranty.
So
After a couple small defects appeared we did just that.
Well thats where the unscrupulous unnecessary repair upsell began

We were packed up and ready to head out to the desert. We filled up our water tank and had a problem that forced us to stay home. We bought our camper in February so it’s brand new and under warranty. I called RV Super Center where we purchased the camper. They we’re empathetic to our situation. They told us if we brought it in right then (it was mid afternoon) they would rip it apart first thing in the morning see if they could fix it and get us out to the desert. They did exactly what they said they would do! We are heading out to the desert. 1 day late.... but with still enough time to have

We purchased our rv brand new from rv super center. After a month of use, a few manufacturer warranty issues needed to be resolved. The converter went out, some lights were having problems, and a few other small teams for repair. Robert and the service manager Chris were very helpful in getting me in fast and expediting the repair process. They went above and beyond beyond their duties to assist me in my situation. Great work fellas!

Very easy experience shopping around to look at different options for our needs. Talked with John and Scott. Very pleasant, not pushy at all, unlike other companies nearby. Highly recommend based on our experience of several visits trying to think about our first major rv purchase.

We came into the service department and was basically blown off about getting tie downs installed on our truck. Not upset that they wouldn't, just irritated on how we were told. Basically, wasn't friendly and told us the service is only for those who purchase. Won't go back--even if we decide to purchase--it won't be here.

Horrible Customer Service! We purchased a trailer here almost a year ago. We decided to bring it in for a couple of things before our 1 year warranty was up. First, the rude receptionist said they didnt have any openings for a month. Then when we finally got an appointment, we could only bring and pick up the trailer on weekdays between 10am and 3pm. That meant we had to take time off of work to drop it off and pick it up. Next, they had it for 3 weeks and they fixed nothing!!! They were arguing with the other companies over who was going to cover the cost of the parts! The worse part...while they
