Customer service is awesome. Ordered a fender eliminator kit for my zx6r from cycle gear about 2 months ago and one side of the led turn signal stopped working. Called up new rage and in 5 min they solved my issue and are sending me a new turn signal assembly next day. This is how you get return customers!

Ordered a fender eliminator for my 2021 ZX6R. Received it the next day. I ordered the tucked version and it looks sick. Took me about an hour to install. Customer service was really good. Very very happy with the overall experience.

I emailed Dayna See about a shipment issue because UPS notified me my order been canceled after payment was made. She had attitude through emails but when i called her and was trying to be nice she gave me even more attitude over the phone! Unbelievable! NEVER said sorry or thank you . Very condescending . Wont purchase from here again

Love the NRC products. Finish on the turn signal poly carbonate could be a little more refined (I'd like to see nice rounded edges like on the fender eliminators) but the design and fit are excellent. I have installed the fender eliminators and regular front turn signals on all my bikes and love them. The transformation of the look of my current bike, a Yamaha XSR900, was dramatic. It just looks incredible now.
When a friend was looking for a fender eliminator for his Triumph Thruxton 1200 I didn't hesitate to recommend NRC. He also opted for the 360 turn signals which are a very cool design.

Had a small issue with my turn signals (I ordered from Canada). Contacted customer service and received a quick response from Justin Vogel who was super understanding and professional. Outstanding service and I would not hesitate to do business with Justin in the future.

Although unhappy with the overall quality of my fender eliminator kit for my thrux, they have great customer service, stand behind their product, and are sending out a replacement FEK. Thank you!
