If you're in the market for ducati, the sales manager Edwin is ACES, he is super professional and patient, I had critical questions and him and his staff took care of me appropriately. I called him in the morning and he had my bike ready the same day, I got myself a hypermotard and I couldn't be more happier, Thank you Rockwell for the amazing dealer experience

I will never go back. They fixed my bike and oil got all over my bike and rear tire plus all over my friends front tire... we could of got killed. I brought my bike back and Nick Rockwell told me he was going to write up a work order. I said you fixed my bike he said go fix it yourself and he wasn't going to clean the oil. I installed a new slip-on myself. They are liars. Beware they're going to kill people. Be the judge yourself. Take away all stars. Also they ran my bike 7 times but never took it for a test road my bike.

After months of searching for just the right bike I happened to find Rockwell Cycle online. They had the most amazing custom Ducati, which I knew would be out of my price range, but I sent an inquiry regardless. I got a call immediately and was treated great dispite the fact that my budget was well below the range of most Ducati bikes available.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service and experience from the folks at Rockwell. I was looking for a Ducati, and while there are several dealers in the area, The folks at Rockwell were incredibly friendly and eager to help with any questions or requests that I had. I worked with Edwin and Nicole to put together exactly what I want, and even hold on to the bike for me until spring.
Couldn’t recommend the team over at Rockwell enough, and can’t wait to pick up my Duc in a few weeks when the weather clears up!

Just got my second new Ducati from Rockwell, and as ever was very pleased with the experience. The fact that I go to Rockwell for all my motorcycle needs even though I have another Ducati dealer far closer to me says it all really! One of the main reasons for this is the staff. Edwin (pictured here) in sales is enthusiastic, customer centered and gets things done to make the transaction as painless as possible. Nicole in the service department is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and although I don't know Nick and Marian as well they have always been very generous with their time. I would recommend

Awesome people and service! Picked up a 2021 Hypermotard 950SP (and a new track day suit) and Nicole and Edwin were both very helpful throughout the process. Very happy with the customer service they provide as well as their ‘no pressure’ approach. I’ve been buying parts and service here for years but this was my first actual motorcycle purchase from Rockwell, but they have always made me feel like I am part of the family!

Amazing experience. We are from 3 1/2 hours away and they worked over the phone and got us in and out while doing everything to complete the deal! Bought a ducati v2 penigale and its sexy. They worked the deal so we got e everything we wanted for a price that worked for both dealer and us! Super personable and family owned, immediately welcoming and helpful. They were great to my kids to make them comfortable and any accommodations needed were made. Perfect experience and will go through them for the next bike/all service needs! Thank you guys!! So worth the road trip!

Bought my first bike here (Kawasaki 300 abs). The Staff and management was extremely helpful and patient with me especially since I was very nervous and this was my first vehicle purchase. Not like other dealers, they care for their customers bike and go extra miles to check other things while being serviced. Their knowledge on motorcycles are far better than other dealers. Always loved Rockwells cycle. Nick and Marry are great for Ducati. This is a family owned shop and that's how they treat you, like family! They often have Ducati parties and their bikes are usually available for Demo rides. Terrific staff, awesome dealership. They are located close to the Bear Mountain circle so if you're ever riding around the area be sure to stop by!

I did a ton of research online when deciding where to bring my '14 Monster 696 in for the first service, and ultimately decided on Rockwell's. Nicole helped me schedule my appt and was able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday early in the season...I even ended up coming in late the day of and was still able to get the bike taken care of.
Definitely way better prices than other shops I called in the area (I'm located in NYC), but more importantly I felt like Nicole, Gary and everyone else who helped me out really cared about making sure the bike was in perfect condition and also

I bought my 2007 695 from Rockwell and have always found them to be very helpful and flexible with service drop-offs and pickups. There's a great vibe in the shop, it's relaxed and while they clearly love motorcycles, they do not pressure their customers with heavy-handed salesmanship or sell you on something you don't need. If you want to learn a few things, chat with Gary or Nick and you'll get an education on gear, suspension tuning, or motorcycle history.

If you walk into another shop on a Saturday with a problem they MIGHT let you drop off your bike and pick it up in a week. Rockwell on the other hand will always do their best to take care of you.
Contrast this with Ducati NYC that once quoted a 6 week wait for a warranty repair.
As a small family shop they may not always have every accessory in stock, but they more than make up for it with service and loyalty.

I too have to disagree with the other reviewers. I have always found them to be a good honest dealer especially in terms of service. I have taken the time to strike up a relationship with them and I have found them helpful.
Nick the owner does talk quite a bit but he knows more about bikes then most mechanics will ever dream off. The fact that he is honest is incredibly important. And also that he knows bikes inside out will save you money and worry.
This is a serious bike place with ducatis, triumphs and a couple of other exotic makes. It is not a chi chi hangout and the sales side is very downbeat

I have to disagree with the other reviewers. I have used Rockwell's service department for a few years now and always find them responsive and friendly. Its in a great location to take a leisurely ride up to Bear Mountain and stop for a service on the way. You can wait while they work on your bike and grab lunch from the Deli across the street and enjoy a book on their outdoor seating area...
I have not bought any bikes from them...so cant comment there.
