I went yesterday (Jan 24) and got one of the pedicure spa (pineapple pedi) and got my nails done. The nail tech assigned to me did such a terrible job with my pedicure as well as my nails. The shape on my nails looks awful and the way she filled the acrylic looked like it was done by a 12 year old. The pedi, was terrible as well. The assigned nail tech was a young girl. End being charged and paid for $105 for such a terrible job. This place is no longer the same like it used to. Will not recommend.

My nails are pretty and I like them I guess but I was definitely overcharged for some basic acrylic and simple line work for $90…. It should’ve been at most $60 I payed the $90 still but it honestly feels like she put in a large tip thinking she wasn’t going to get one so I didn’t tip for these because $90 really is ridiculous so a simple set that she finished in like 30 minutes. Ik it’s an art that deserves a good pay but seriously…

Yesterday I had the worst experience with one of the workers she was extremely unprofessional. She did not have any work ethics. Every time I told her that she was hurting me she didn’t care and did it even more causing my nails to bleed. She was rude and started gossiping about me. I asked to talk to the manager and they denied it. No one did anything about it!

Made an appointment for 2:00 for pedicure. Arrived 5 minutes early. Waited til 2:35 to get called back. At this point just to go back to the chair to soak feet. Which took another 25 minutes. Actual pedicure didn't start until 3:00. That is ridiculous!!! What's the point of an appointment? Obviously your busy! But at the same time you shouldn't over book so much. Pedicure was basic & nail tech was not friendly. I won't be back.

I am so disappointed with the service I received today, pedicure was just basic polish-no foot massage or anything, soak clean and polish, my nail tech was texting most of the time while doing my pedicure.
Manicure is Gel-nothing extra NO massage nor lotion. Nail tech was so distracted as she was on the phone talking most of the time not paying attention. I was charged $95.00, Money is not the issue here, however the service I received is mediocre. Pedicure is NOT even a foot spa pedicure..it is basic-soak, clean nails and polish. Gel manicure is just that..NO hand massage or lotion at the end

Horrible customer service but it didn't start out that way. The techs talk incessantly in Vietnamese which is rude especially when they're making derogatory remarks about the customers sitting in front of them. Foolishly they believe all these dumb Americans sitting there can't understand. No all your customers are illiterate in Vietnamese. I've heard them talk badly and then laugh at the customers to their faces.

Use your money wisely. Other nail places are not as expensive but give far better service. And guess what, they actually TALK to the customer they're working

I used to come here all the time, now i would never suggest it to anyone. I spent 80$ on a basic pedicure.. was told it was going to be 50 but as shes done she tells me its 80 for gel.. i understand the price going up due to gel but would it be so hard to let customers know beforehand. To make it worse they messed up my toe nail so bad that I cant even walk. literally wont go back

I've been getting my nails done since high school (I'm 30). This is legit the best salon I've been to. It's BEAUTIFUL, the staff is professional and I couldn't be happier with my nails. Tiffany was my nail tech, and she did an AMAZING job. She didn't rush and paid attention to detail. She was also super friendly and put me in a good mood. I will be coming here from now on. 5/5 🖤

The people here are rude and do not appreciate your business. Was going to them because of convenience but while there, the nail tech seldom spoke to me. Instead she chatter constantly to the other techs in their native language.
And the last straw was when she and her nail tech buddy laughed at me during my last visit. Always remember, you never know who speaks what language before talking about them in front of them. Enough said.
Sorry but there’s too many nail salons in the area to be ridiculed at one.
Do not recommend to anyone. Go spend your money at a business that values you as a client

DON NOT GO TO THIS DAY SPA!
This place is overpriced and has horrible customer service. On Jul 31st, I showed a picture of what kind of nail shape I wanted and was told that my nail bed was too short... all I wanted was almond shape nothing crazy. I have been getting acrylic nails for 15 years and this was the first time I have ever been told I could not get a shape because of the size of my nail bed. Also, the woman put the nail tips on me and when I told her I did not like how she was shaping them she angrily cut the tips and tried ripping them off of my hand... when I told her she was hurting

I have been here a few times for a dip manicure and the last few times were very disappointing. I usually come in the evening after work and while they do take walk ins it is better to schedule an appointment. One time I did a walk in and had a nail tech start working on my nails and then say "someone else will help you I have an appointment coming in" and I had to sit and wait for someone else to help me. Most recently I had a dip manicure done and after only 4 days it started chipping and most of the nails were cracked; when I went in to get it fixed I appreciated their willingness

It hurts to write this because I've been a longtime (over 6 yr customer and faithful to the same person--good tips and all). But I've been on more than one occasion, passed as I sat for my appointment, rescheduled because over booked and made to wait excessively long times past my appointment.

My lady is amazing great work and care each time but I need consistency in time. I should not plan my day only to have it upended because the techs mismanaged their clients.

I'll look for another place but hate that service responsiveness is going down.

This was the first mani/pedi I've had in a year. I had the hot stone pedicure. It was great! I also had my eyebrows waxed and mentioned that I usually get very red after a wax. I didn't get red at all!

I got a gel mani-pedi, took 2.5 hours and my nails look like my little sister could've done them. I had a male nail tech who kept claiming he was doing his best throughout, but I didn't take a closer look until later last night because I was in a hurry to another appointment.

If you come here, DON'T GO TO CEE!!!

Unless, you want your nails over filed on the sides to the point where it hurts and uneven/lopsided, and feel like you're getting the silent treatment from the nail tech who talks more to her dog next to her than to you when you've been nothing but polite with smiles, and is very rude and unpleasant To the point where the workers and customer next to you are looking at you all and talking about how terrible it is to have someone provide a service that's so rude,and sounds impatient when asking you if your nails are OK while she continues

I came here based on the reviews. I'm from the 757 area and this salon spa is super cute and friendly! I was super surprised they open at 9 a.m on Sunday talk about business!

I loved the music selection (Christmas because of the reason) they have here and I really enjoyed my experience!

Since I was 15 I have had the worst luck with nail salons.From rude nail techs,sloppy work and even cutting my toe so bad it bled! I was losing all hope to find my go to nail tech in the area. Luckily my friend recommended Risana,I've been coming here for a year now & I always have a good experience here.Tina is my girl! She is amazing and never disappoints!! Always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed & takes her time to make sure my nails look perfect.No other nail tech compares to her and she always goes by with what I want but adds her own flair to make them better than you imagined

Great experience! Nathan was awesome! Highly recommend. I got an acrylic fill and gel polish, nothing crazy but you'd be surprised how many time other salons have messed it up!

Monique is my go to at this nail shop and I love her - I am a stylist so I am always washing hair and even with that my nails last on average 4 weeks. If Monique isn't available then Tracey is my next go to- they are both so sweet and so good with my nails

Unfortunately Monique is no longer there and besides Tracey I'm not sure if I would go back. If you are not going to Tracey don't go at all! Their manager is very nasty an unwelcoming and disrespectful to his employees.

So I decided to give this place another shot, and the pleasure of having Daniel assigned to me. Wow just wow. He was very attentive, listened, offered me beverages and was just an all around nice guy. What a sweetheart. Nail artists-- This is how you earn a $20 tip!!!!

I was recommended by a friend who has been going here for several years. The staff is wonderful and do really quality work. I typically go here for a gel fill in and pedicure. There is usually little to no wait time, which is really convenient. The nail techs genuinely care about the quality of their work and take their time with each customer. I leave happy every time.

Currently, I can't speak to any other services offered or the hair salon services.
