She has many experiences with a manicure, pedicure, gel color, waxing and nails, dipping powder SNS. She is friendly, sweet and patient. 15 years experience pink and white, gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrows, facial, massage, waxing. She is one of the managers. She has 8+ years of experience with artificial nails, pedicures, manicures, waxing, facials, massages, and shellac.

Please be sure to measure your child before coming. The staff will measure them for you.
My 8 year old niece (she is tall for her age) had an appointment for a mani/pedi and a staff member pulled out a measuring tape. She measured in at 54 1/2 and they charged the full adult price.
This is a very uncomfortable and demeaning practice for a growing child to go through. Also, a seemingly unnecessary process for a nail shop.
We were looking for a lovely holiday experience and this was far from it.

My daughter and I have been going to this place for the last three years and giving them so much business. Their prices have doubled after pandemic and their customer service has gone down. I got a mani/pedi on Saturday with regular nail polish and on Sunday both my nails and toes starts to chip off. I understand it was regular nail polish but it should not chip off in less than 24 hours. When Vani was applying the nail polish, she had problem with it and I am sure the nail polish wasn't good. I went there on Monday and showed them the nail polish, which looked like it was applied 10 days

This place was AWFUL!! If I could give it less than one review I would. The "private room" they took us to was disgusting, the chairs were ripped and looked like it had been through war. It took 6 tries to to get the water going for my pedicure and when it finally did they took my feet out 10 seconds later. The girl who put my nail polish on got it all over my skin and kept piling the nail polish on despite it being sloppy. I asked for the manager and the manager herself said "the manager is not here". After she finally got up to speak to me after ignoring me the first two times

After talking to Sunny (and giving my nails time to heal), I am a happy customer. Sunny was gentle and understanding. She took the time out to carefully remove my nails & she cared for their overall health before slapping a new set on (which I can appreciate).
I was so pleased with Sunny, that I returned to Tony for a pedi while I was there.
All in all, this salon is great. They have spa services so expect spa prices.
I highly recommend Katie, Sunny and Tony. Im not speaking down on any other technician but they are the techs that I will be returning to.

My husband is in the Army, so as a farewell gift some friends of mine pitched together and purchased a gift certificate for me to this place. I made two attempts pre covid to come here for both a massage, and a pedicure. I was told each of those times that I was "unable" to redeem due to the proprietor being on what if my memory serves me right, maternity leave. I graciously paid out of pocket, although disgruntled that there wasn't some sort of replacement who could act on the owners behalf. I came today for a pedicure in an attempt to use it once again. Was told it had expired

I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax and this is my new favorite salon!
It is quiet and relaxing, it wasn't crowded and they didn't have a television blaring. They had a ton of colors to chose from in OPI which is my favorite polish.
The tech was very attentive, careful and through. She did a great job!

Went here with daughter quite a long while ago but forgot give them a review right away but had to give a quick shout out because they were absolutely lovely and wonderful!
Although, it was a bit silly to be charged an extra $10 to get my excess/peeling cuticles I could have easily done myself and extra few dollars for length and another extra for certain tip shapes, but other than that everything else was excellent.

So service has definitely changed over the last two years. They tend to overbook, lie about the techs being at the salon, and refer you to techs that they know don't do the best work. I will be finding a new place after this last visit. I did not tip as I was ready to leave after not being satisfied with the work. I left a review with them nail salon website but of course no response.

Friendly people. Customer service is good BUT as far as the nail tech who did my nails....HORRIBLE JOB. I was in the area and needed my nails done so decided to come here because they had good reviews. I'm very upset and wasted my money. She didn't know what she was doing and sad to say I didn't pay attention while she was doing my nails like I normally do and didn't realize until I got under the dryer. I didn't want to go through the whole process again so I just left. Very bulky and shaped uneven. Now I am going to soak my acrylic nails off and go to my normal nail place

What a great find! After working so much, I decided to treat myself today and what a treat I got! So making the appointment was super easy. I came in on a Friday afternoon after running some errands. So what was slightly different about this place is that you can just let them know that you want a pedicure and then later they'll give you a book detailing the different kinds of pedicures they have. It was really nice because the last salon I went to I basically just blindly picked one.

Love this place! I have been coming here for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say! The vibe is always pleasant and you can tell everyone takes pride in a job well done. My nail technician Lynn is very attentive and always makes sure my nails are to my satisfaction on every visit. Even if she is not the one doing your nails she still walks around greeting everyone and making sure all the clients are okay.
