The company that I work for in the Red Bank area has been using Arrow limousine since the mid 1990's. We use them because they are reliable, efficient and their drivers are always professional, friendly and well equipped with GPS navigation to get you to your destination without any trouble. Their reservation staff is top notch, both friendly, accomodating knowledgeable, and efficient. Their cars are always clean, new and very comfortable. I use Arrow to arrange transportation for my boss. As his executive assistant, I know he likes his rides a certain way, at a certain time. Arrow makes sure to keep all his preferences saved, so I don't even have to tell them he likes to be met in baggage or to text him when they arrive. Whenever I call to make a reservation, the customer service rep I speak with is always pleasant and accommodating. They're not too pushy to try and up-sell to a larger car or more travel at his various destinations. I enjoy using Arrow, and will continue to use them in the future.

I fly a lot for business and have used Arrow for 8 years now. They have never let me down yet and are are always on time. Both their office staff and drivers are friendly and professional. No need to go into your wallet, because they keep your credit card information on file.Their web site makes it easy to make reservations, and they email time stamped copies of invoices.
