Hired Maria for a limousine round trip to Logan Airport. Maria showed up on time, providing a very comfortable, pleasant service.
Maria charged us $15 over quote for the trip to Logan Airport which I had no choice but to pay and tried to charge $35 over her original quote for the return trip… Lack of integrity!
Opportunities:
Provide a written quote for all customers ( text, email etc)
Provide cold regular size water bottles VS tiny ones.

Little Rest Limosine provides excellent service at a very reasonable rate! Their highly professional driver, Ken, transported me to an important medical appointment 2 1/2 hours away in CT. We encountered torrential rain & heavy traffic much of the way. We arrived safely & ahead of schedule, thanks to Ken’s knowledge & expertise of the Stamford, CT area. The car was very clean & very comfortable.
Maria was flexible with booking our reservation, going out of her way to accommodate us on short notice. We hope to use this service for airport transportation in the future.

I have been utilizing Little Rest for a few years now. Marie is the best! Professional, helpful, timely and friendly! Her drivers are equally stellar. I've been driven to and picked up from Hartford Airport, as well as TF Green (Providence) - multiple times. Just last evening, Marie came to the rescue! My daughter had multiple flight changes and had to fly into Boston-Logan. I called Little Rest around midnight and Marie picked up the phone and graciously said that she could help. Bless her! I can't recommend Little Rest Livery enough!
