Aaron Paker has been an instrumental part of Life Point Law since 2015. Having started as a paralegal, Aaron has moved his way up to be our Medicare and Medicaid specialist. Washington law does not require an individual to be completely incapacitated or disabled in order to qualify for vulnerable adult protection orders.
Do you have a loved one that has passed and you want to know what your next steps should be?. Did you just find out that you are the "Trustee" or "Executor" or "Personal Representative" for a loved one or a friend and you have no idea what to do?. Are you trying to work through a probate on your own but now you have questions and need to find out if you are handling things correctly?.
Special Needs Trust (SNT) is a generic term commonly used to describe trust funds created to supplement the government benefits received by the beneficiary. By maintaining a beneficiary's eligibility for government benefits, the pool of assets available for the care of the beneficiary becomes significantly broader and deeper and lasts for a longer period of time.
When something happens that leaves you concerned about your loved one's health or safety, it can create a crisis for the whole family. You don't have to struggle alone. First, contact the agent(s) named in the Health Care and Financial Powers of Attorney if it is not you.

Speak with your loved one's primary care physician (PCP), if you have authorization to do so, about the severity of symptoms, expectation of future symptoms, and generally a better understanding of what your loved one is facing.Either contact a Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) for assistance forming a plan of care.

Great experience learned a great deal from Rajiv very patience with all the questions we asked. Just the fact that this is not just estate planning, it's planning that sets you up for the rest of your life.

I was fortunate to have met Rajiv after going through a very difficult time in my life dealing with divorce and a cancer diagnosis. Rajiv was able to be honest with me and tell me exactly where I was financially as he proceeded to lay out the options I had to secure my future and to have my retirement look the way I wanted it to look. Rajiv’s approach was unique in that he took the time to really hear, and listen to what I wanted and needed and yet kindly and gently let me know when what I wanted didn’t line up with my financial situation. Through his expert guidance I set out in a direction

Rajiv Nagaich and Life Point Law are the best! Rajiv and his associates helped my father plan for his care (in the hopefully unlikely event,) that he becomes disabled or needs rehab. My fathers wishes will be shared with the family ahead of time (care at home!) and it will lessen the stress and burden on the family. Thank you Rajiv and Life Point Law!

My husband and I came to Lifepoint in 2015 for help with estate planning following severe cancer illness. When we found out about new services via Lifepoint's web "Organizer" and annual subscription, we jumped on. As part of the subscription, our entire family met by Zoom with a leading Lifepoint attorney to review our complete will and the individual responsibilities for each family member. Our grown children really appreciated and respected the counsel during the meeting. We were all given scenarios, including major illness and not just end of life. This pointed us to the "Organizer" that allows

What a great eye opening process! We are delighted that we chose Rajiv and his excellent team to help us through this critical life planning process. Our children and spouses were so pleased too to learn from it as well. Top notch professionals, extremely knowledgeable, and we are relieved to have it all done!

I have worked with Life Point Law on many occasions for my mom. I have to say they have always been very professional and easy to work with. Rajiv Nagaich and Aaron Paker are two great Lawyers. They know the laws in this space and can really lend your family some support and guidance through tough tames. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE ATTORNEYS FROM THIS FIRM! They are dishonest and pretend to care. They are engaged in a popular form of TV show where one person gives a presentation to invited guests about financial advice. Sadly, their show sometimes will be on a PBS channel giving it relevance and more importance. There may be a disclaimer from the TV station. They secure a fixed amount of money from you and do nothing. I hired them for something totally unrelated to their expertise. They never informed me nor do they ever provide any accountability for how they spent my money which was over $26,000 to Life

My husband & I appreciate the different view that Rajiv has placed before us. Things that we would have never thought to consider as we make our family plans. We recommend Life Point Law to people that are making decisions about asset management, elder life care and just wanting the best outcome for families as people age. Go see him and be helped

After attending a seminar with Life Point Law, I realized there was so much more to consider than just heirs in a will. I was unaware of the financial ramifications and choices available as you manage changes and create a plan of instructions for your family or trustee to follow. Rajiv introduced the ides of finding a Geriatric doctor, as well as what to consider if you want to age in place at home; how to prepare to the extent possible. The suggestions were greatly helpful, and after a 3 month search, I am very happy with my new primary care provider.
Rajiv is easy to talk to and very respectful

Very good experience for preparation of Will and Health Care documents. Emphasis was placed on having a family meeting to discuss our Life Plan so all our children and their wives/husband understood what we wanted as we aged.. Very important, and our children thanked us and Rajiv for doing so. Office was always responsive to our questions. We are very pleased with the total scope of the plan.

Rajiv's process is very comprehensive. He covers aspects you may not normally consider part of "estate planning". He really listens to your wishes, is non-judgemental, educational and informative. He makes it easy by taking it step by step ensuring you are comfortable all along the way. And facilitating the family meeting was very helpful. We're very happy with the services. This really is his life's work and when you meet him you understand why.

We chose one star because there was no zero rating. We attended one of Rajiv's "seminars" (sales pitch) and signed up for the $8,000+ "package" which turned out to be a slightly and unnecessarily complicated will that ordinarily be provided by a competent lawyer for around $1500. The actual will was only produced after almost two years of phone calls and emails by the third attorney or assistant (as there seems to be a good deal of turnover by staff). We also complained to the Bar Association about the apparent "bait and switch" tactics. We we're forced to

I have listened to Rajiv's radio show many times and my wife and I attended one of his free seminars. I have met with him personally and spoke with him on the phone a couple times. I do believe he has a sincere desire to help people with there life planning needs but it seems to end there. As others have mentioned, the follow up is horrible when trying to get things done or corrected. We paid $5000 for the life planning documents which I believe is excessive, (Rajiv mentioned to me I could get this paperwork done somewhere else much cheaper), for what we received and especially for the service

My spouse and I are current clients of Rajiv. We have been working with him for the past several months to create a comprehensive estate plan. It's been a long and challenging process (as he promised upfront it would be). We have not followed all of his suggestions, but we have considered them carefully and his advice has informed our decisions. He has been patient in explaining the reasons for his opinions. Sometimes this process has been emotional, as we confront our mortality, family dynamics, and age-related medical issues, and Rajiv has been a compassionate and sensitive counselor. He

I have known Rajiv for over a decade as a fellow attorney, have found him to be very knowledgeable and creative in his approaches to complex cases, and would not hesitate to refer clients to him. Rajiv stands out as a fierce advocate for those who wish to age in place on their own terms, and has bucked the system to the benefit of his clients. - Stephanie Haslam

No follow-through with this firm; probably because the money is paid up front, so there's little incentive to finish the documents or the "life planning." The "holistic" approach lacks family, friend, financial professionals and legal agent input or involvement if in any way that involvement disagrees with the lawyer's opinion.

I just left a lengthy review on Google. My husband has been a Longevity Client for one 11 years, he listens to Mr. Nagaich's radio broadcast, we have attended a seminar. Several years ago while just engaged to be married, my fiancé had a Will drawn up by this firm. I thought it was confusing, but I am not an attorney. After we were married, this last February, my husband went in to change the will to reflect our new marriage. Andrea told him that "yes" it was very confusing and they would draw up a new will, with the new marriage in mind. My husband signed the will and put
