All four can be used in combination to show you are under the influence or affected by alcohol or drugs to secure a conviction! Driving under the influence (DUI) is a gross misdemeanor, and upon conviction for DUI or Physical Control, there are mandatory punishment penalties the court must impose, even for first-time offenders with no prior DUI convictions. While the court always retains the ability to impose more than the minimum, if you are convicted of DUI, the court has no discretion for sentencing below the mandatory punishment set forth by the statute.

So I told Johnathon Rands what had happened in detail before we agreed to anything and we talked about a plan that sounded like exactly what someone would want to hear that would be pretty much getting my license back in a matter of 2-3 months. Once he received his first payment and got the discovery of evidence. he stopped doing any of the steps we agreed on. He kept saying he would meet in person to discuss the plan and when I called to schedule a meet they would say that he was gonna call me to talk on the phone in later that day and that never happened… instead I get a very short email without

My nephew got into an accident in July, and was given a DUI. The next day I was a wreck, and started emailing any attorney that came up. 5 to 10 emails later, one person got back to me. It was Jonathan. He said give me a few details, and I'll call you. 20 minutes later he was on the phone letting me know everything that had already happened, and everything that was about to happen. He laid out a game plan, and let us know exactly what we needed to do.
Most of the time when there is an accident involved, the charge will get escalated into a worse charge. Jon stayed on top of the communication back

Mr rands is hands down the best. He is professional and very hands on I was in a very hard spot when I was arrested and was on the verge of having my license suspended. I couldn’t have called a better attorney he won my case with the department of licensing and worked with me all the way through as I was not in the best financial situation.
Thank you Mr rands
Would give 10stars if I could

Wow! Jonathan Rands knows dui defense like no one else. I met with several so called dui attorneys and they were unable or unwilling to answer what i thought we the most basic questions. Jonathan took the time to explain plan and then executed my defense. He was worth every dime i paid and then some. If you are facing a dui charge do not hire the lowest bidder. Hire the best-Jonathan Rands.
