Diamond Assisted Living Residents enjoy an active and social life style while receiving supportive services by a passionate, dedicated and licensed staff who are available 24 hours every day. For Diamond Residents who value their independence but may also need some assistance with daily living activities.
The Diamond Memory Care Team participates in ongoing comprehensive training and education allowing us to understand the physiological changes that occur in the brain which ultimately affect behavior and personality in memory care residents. Through our specialized training our entire staff grow together and learn techniques to redirect, respond to and comfort our residents as needed.
Diamond Assisted Living Facility is always looking for strong, enthusiastic, and qualified people to join our family. Follow medication administering instructions provided by the physician in an accurate manner. Observe residents' response to existing and new treatment plans and make decisions to perform intervention actions where required.

The facility is very clean and safe. Everyone there is very kind and attentive not only to the needs of the residents but to the family members as well. We had tried other facilities before Diamond and Diamond was definitely a blessing to our mother and our family. I recommend this for family members who need assisted living and/or memory card.

I am very happy to call Diamond Assisted Living "home" for my mother who is a resident. The staff is professional, friendly and personable. The facility is very clean and a safe environment. They have a variety of different activities to keep the residents active on a daily basis. My mom loves the beautiful courtyard filled with fruit trees and a fountain. It is also very convenient to shopping and dining. I am very pleased we found this facility to take care of my mom.

Our experience with Diamond ALF in Green Cove Springs, Fl has been positive. The staff is very attentive and the rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The meals are good and mealtime always seems very inviting and pleasant. I’d like to recognize the special attention that Sandy, Robyn, Susie, Pat, and Dana give to my mother, and also say that the director, Jonathan has always been willing to go the extra mile in finding ways to help make things as comfortable as possible. My mother enjoys the regular activities offered to the clients, and she particularly enjoys having her nails done on

I've come to know Johnathan and the staff there over time and at all times, they have worked towards doing what's best for the patients there. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the facility and what they do there. Constantly trying to improve the care and provide top quality care for patients at quite affordable prices.

Employed are there for a check ONLY. Sleep on the job, ignore needs, etc.
The OWNER smokes in the building at night. I know because I was an overnight caregiver. Very sad place, unprofessional & dirty. A lot of times are out of diapers and have to use bed pads for the residents. I was “let go” over the phone because of false accusations because I was one of the few that actually cared for all the residents.

My great aunt stayed here a few months before being put on hospice. When I notified the staff in person about her passing another few months after being on hospice, they were touched that I took the effort to tell them in person. They took turns telling me stories about her for around 30 minutes. It showed the staff really cares about their residents and remember them. Also, the facility smells nice and is clean
