This was my very first experience having the colon therapy. I have to say, Brenda made it easy. She explained what to expect from the service clearly.

This place is very clean and offers a variety of beauty and health services. I go for the colonic and always feel like I have eliminated 5-10lbs. The staff is super friendly and polite. I also like that they offer B-12 shots and so many other amazing services. This is my one stop shop for everything from facials to felling healthy.

3 stars because the receptionist is rated -1 and 4 stars for the medical staff. This place provides a great service. The "medical" providers are knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist, however, is rude and persnickety. If I never have to call and schedule an appointment with her, it will be too soon. She needs to go. I'm tempted to find another place to go for these services- just because of her. She pushes the gel for regrowing eyelashes by outright criticizing your lashes.... no grace whatsoever; wow! WARNING ⛔️ stay away! Being my first time I thought my experience would be great but unfortunately it wasn’t. Had the worst experience with this clinic the receptions were the nurse that helped me with the entire pressure she told me that the doctor was supposed to be coming to see me and guide me on how to and explain me the pros and cons about the pressure and she NEVER did. The only time she walked in was when I was having trouble and she was very rough with an attitude inserted the tube inside it hurt. I let her know and all she did was walked away and close the door. Wonderful experience! Brenda was so kind and knew exactly what she was doing. She treated my problem expertly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She spent some extra time with me and made sure that every treatment she did was working towards improvement. I am so appreciative to her work, it's difficult to change the look and texture of skin in just an hour and she did that for me! I will definitely be back.

It is very upsetting to show up to an appointment at 7am to find out by the security that the clinic has moved. Half way home I am notified and the new address is sent to me. Then on my third appointment I show up at 7am and noticed someone else had their appointment at 7am and is being seen. After waiting 30 minutes I decide to re-schedule since my sitter isn't going to wait too much on me. When I ask them to please not have my appointment set at the same time as someone else they said they don', they take long with one customer and that is what causes a conflict. When an appointment

I know to check the Yelp review before I go someplace new but a friend recommended this place. I went in person to set up a small wax appointment. When I set it up I was told 5:30 would be fine. She wrote 5:30 on the card that she handed me. Then the next day I get an email about a 5:15 appointment. I call and explain it would be difficult to make a 5:15 appointment given traffic, which is why I asked for 5:30. I was told it won't be a problem, arrive when you can.

Total waste of my time!!! I did a Groupon. I literally wasted a week waiting for them to schedule an appointment since they apparently NEVER answer their phones or call back their customers. I did get one call back (I missed the call) and called back got VM and again got no call back.

So glad that I found this place. Moved from Miami a few months ago and didn't want to lose the progress that I was making with my laser hair removal and Brenda has been amazing since my first consultation. I'm sooooooo glad to have found this location for my B12 lipo shots! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and they do their best to fit clients in as quickly as possible. I know that on Saturdays they're busy, but I went in on a Saturday with no appointment and signed up for the shots and was seen in about half an hour. During the week, it's an in and out with no appointment needed. I've been spreading the word about how awesome this place is. Stop in! You won't be sorry.

My fiancé and I bought the Groupon for $30 for the 60 minute massage. I wish we would of read reviews before purchasing. Making an appt was quick and easy. The person at the front desk was nice and professional however we were not a fan of our masseuse. She did not seem like she knew what she was doing. I have gotten plenty of massages in the past (from other places) and never have I thought my masseuse had no idea what she was doing. A minute into the massage I knew I made a mistake. The whole time I ready for it to be over. I will never come back to this place for a massage.

Terrible service, laser machines routinely break down and overheat during procedures, employee turnover is through the roof, you'll never have the same technician twice. They are all recent graduates and come here for experience, they aren't afraid to let you know how poorly they are paid. Went through entire full body hair removal procedures 2 years ago and had zero results. Surprised this place is still in business every time I drive by. Stay away!! I'm sure the positive reviews are posted by friends and family members....

Awful awful awful! Lets just say I had to leave there to go to my salon to get my nails RE-DONE. The only reason I went to this place was because I got a certificate given to me. The girl that did my nails was very nice! But she was pushy when she kept asking me if I shave my legs and that I should try their laser hair removal treatment instead. STAY AWAY!! No wonder they're on Groupon
