I would of loved to be seen by the optometrist at Eye Care Optometry ... However on my 10 am appointment this morning as Im patiently waiting in the lobby to be called.. around 11 am the man seated across from me is called.. Ironically about 5 minutes prior to him being called, he told me He was the 10:15 appointment.. We both were wondering what was taking so long..at that moment I stopped wondering..appreciate the apology and call back but two thumbs down from me .. I hate that I have to leave a star at all... I would leave none if u could..

I had been coming here over 20 years and always liked the service and quality. It's a little ways away. Today I stopped by with a broken pair of glasses to see if they could fix them. They said I now need an appointment and the soonest I could be "seen" was Thursday. Really, for an emergency frame repair? Never needed an "appointment" before when I wasn't seeing an optometrist. It may be a good idea to note on your web page along with all other information (times of operation, etc.) that ANY service requires an appointment.
I won't be coming back.

Sad what this place has turned into. I really feel for Dr Montana. I made my eye appt and showed up a bit early to look at glasses before my eyes were dilated. I was told that Dr Stoller had retired (no mention of this when I made my appointment.) Once there I was told this and that I would see Dr Montana. No problem I have seen him before, I like him just as well. I was taken into a room had a discussion with a Dr who informed me that Dr Montana had to leave and I'd be seen by him. Ok...THIS whole appointment took over 3 hours. At one point the Dr was busy discussing procedure with the ladies

Horrible experience with Dr. Montana. Went in with an eye injury and when I told the doctor I didn’t mind paying out of pocket for medication he said “more paper work to file, you’re killing me!” And stormed out of the room in frustration. I don’t understand how someone who’s entire profession should be dedicated to helping others, could say that to a patient. I will not be returning to this office. So rude and unprofessional

I had an awefull experience with the delivery of the glasses. I was told 8-10 business days and it has been longer. Currently on day 12. Called to check to see if the glasses were ready only to find out that they have not even been sent to the lab. That I have to wait for Maryanne to come in to work because apparently she has some answer no one else has. She was off today(Tuesday) Wednesday is closed and I have to call her on Thursday since she apparently don't have my number. I was told I could not get a discount for the damn inconvenience or anything for that matter. I went in to get my glasses

I've been going here my entire life, and I've had glasses since the first grade. So I might be a little biased. But I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Most importantly - if you need to get your child fitted for contacts - GO HERE. Tina the contact lens trainer can train /any/ child how to wear contacts. Or anyone really for that matter. She will spend as long as it takes to get you to figure it out.
Dr. Stoller is very thorough and meticulous, be aware he will take longer than your normal 'churn and burn' optometrist office to make sure that your prescription is correct and you won't be coming back

The doctor I saw was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was surprised that I didn't wait long to be seen after reading previous reviews, but I was taken back rather quickly. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was polite and helpful. My only complaints are that it took quite a while to get an appointment and they tried to reschedule on me twice saying that the doctor wouldn't be in that day (isn't that confusing?)... Apparently, he was in because when I said I would go elsewhere, they kept my appointment as it was. I assume

This appointment for my husband, my daughter and for myself took way too long. 5 hours! Some of the ladies here are very nice some not so much. The eye doctors were awesome though, very thorough. When we came back to get my husband's glasses he was told they couldn't tint them BC they weren't plastic. My daughter's visit went fine. But two weeks passed and they still didn't call me to pick up my glasses.smh.
So I had to go in and ask if they were in and then sign.I would just like them to be more aware and approiate.
