As a first time home buyer, the process can be daunting. Dawna spent as much time as we needed to make sure that we understood each step. She was always professional and timely and made us feel like we were her top priority. She was available for evening meetings when needed and accommodated our schedule at every turn. Dawna's priority is not just to help you buy a house, but to ensure that you find the home that fits your needs at the cost that is affordable to you. Dawna did all of the work behind the scenes so that all we had to do was show up, ask questions, and sign papers. I cannot recommend

I have had the honor of buying and selling a home with Dawna Davies of Davies Company. Both experiences were amazing in very different ways.
When buying our first family home Dawna counseling my husband and I and was really able to hone in on our desires and wants in a family home. Dawna had us make our wish list so when we walked through the right home we knew it was meant to be. Our high school son claims he will buy this house from us someday, which means we must have gotten it RIGHT!
When selling my mom's home shortly after she passed away Dawna took on myself and 3 other siblings. Not all
