Chau was extremely disrespectful I was wondering why she was giving me an attitude the entire time she was doing my manicure. When she was done with each finger she would push it away aggressively I was so mad my entire service. Ha was okay for my pedicure, but overall the customer service was very poor and rushed. Never coming back here. And pls don’t even bothering going here. Not worth your time .

Worst pedicure ever, I had an appointment for spa ped. When I got there she told me not enough time for spa pedicures. So got regular best part nobody was 8n there. Soak your feet in plane water no salt or anything .my feet looked better before I walked in then after.lack of products service and very unprofessional. Will not be back

Fastest pedicure I've ever had! I gave 2 stars because it was clean and there was no wait. I'm assuming there was no wait since they get you in and get you OUT! It took longer for my toes to dry then it did for the whole "classic pedicure". I have been there several times in the past and never felt like I was this rushed before. I thought maybe it was just the woman I had but the customer across from me was given the same "treatment". It was very disappointing.

I'm very happy with Nail Dimension- I moved to the area last year and had the toughest time finding a good nail salon. I went to Pro Nails for awhile but the staff was rude & sloppy in their work. Then went over to US Nails in Robbinsville- but my manicure from them barely lasted a day! The staff here at Nail Dimension are very nice, and it is a quiet & relaxing atmosphere. My manicure & pedicure lasted almost three weeks. They have a nice color selection & offer complimentary drinks. It's a little pricey but I don't mind paying the high prices for a job well done. Thanks, ladies!

The ambiance is great. Unfortunately, the dim lighting may be soothing but it is also masking the subpar work. I'm giving it 3 stars and not less because I've only been there once and I was so relaxed that I didn't even notice the crappy job on my nails or my eye brow wax. I also don't like that they didn't have a menu of services readily on hand. I was told to go to the website. And even there, the pricing list was limited.
