Skincare market gets a 3 star for their price, but from there it's downhill all the way. Zero stars for their shipping time ,communication and customer service. When I ordered, it said 3-7 days until I receive the item. It took 15 days to receive the item from California to Texas? They did not ship it until 11th day from order. Called 3 times but it always goes to their VM. Left messages, but never received a call back until 11th day. Sent an email prior to delivery but never received any response. Will not shop again.

This company has been the absolute worst to get a refund from. It’s been 3 months now that they’ve been telling me that they’ll refund me, and still nothing has arrived in my bank account. I always need to write to customer service or to make a call to figure out this, it's annoying and make problems

I am a bit surprised by the 1 star reviews. I have been ordering from Skincare Market for about 2 years now and have not had any issues at all. I use the iS Clinical line and their prices are the best. There was only one occasion (out of about 5 orders) when I had to inquire about an order that I received an email that it had been shipped, but was not. The problem was quickly resolved and I received my order within days. I have always received my orders within less than 5 days. I ordered Skinceutical products online. 1.Overcharged on tax. 2. USPS tracking showed product was never shipped. & I had to wait a week until USPS claimed them as lost. 3.Then they promised to ship 2 day (I have that in writing from chat) but waited a week to send it out. So living in the same state it took over 2 weeks to ship. 4.No shipping info even with request until it arrived at my address. 5. Then my order said 6 bottles of B5 Gel but only 5 arrived out of original packaging (which is always 6 bottles). Doubt this product is authentic or not. No return without me paying shipping
