Helen, Licensed Esthetician since 2006, has a passion for radiant, happy skin. Her career began with a well known board certified dermatologist in Marina Del Rey, where she spent three years learning deep skills in skin biology, prescription reactions, and skin disorders. It was during this time that she also broadened her experience with all skin types.

Always a pleasure to get my face hydrated, cleaned and have a chit chat with helen. Helen and her mom are very very good at there job. I always come back to them. They make you feel at home. Pay them a visit because you won't regret it. All my family comes to her because we love her service. I don't think I can ever go to another Esthetician.

I was looking for a new aesthetician and found Aura Skincare through Yelp. I have seen Helen about four times now and I can see why she has 100+ 5 star reviews. She is very passionate about what she does, makes you feel very comfortable, and is a super cool person. After her facials, my skin is always glowing, and feels so clean and refreshed. I cannot believe I have not written a review for Aura Salon yet! Let me just start by saying that Helen is a godsend and she literally uses magic! I have been going to Helen since I was in high school and actually found her through Yelp. I've always dealt with acne prone skin and have literally tried EVERYTHING you can think of and nothing has ever worked. Until meeting Helen! She uses the best of the best quality products that are actually meant for your skin to target any imperfections or anything that you want to work on. I'm a 65 year old guy and was looking for some advice on how to care for my aging skin. Well did I ever hit the lottery finding Aura and Helen.
Her treatment was the most relaxing, enjoyable and healing experiences I have ever had. Her CBD oil treatment seemed to have restored much need moisture to my dry wrinkled skin. My skin is noticeably improved.

What can I say, I'm hooked! I started coming to Aura almost 2 years ago. The friendly and professional service is top notch. The extra attention and care given to me as a customer is always appreciated. Let's face it, none of us are getting any younger. So taking care of our skin is important.
