Tigerbrain Engineering, Inc. maintains an impeccable reputation for quality and employs those looking to execute projects to the fullest extent. The target for every project is to exceed the customer's expectations in quality, detail, performance, and schedule.
The Al Musannah Air Base, Oman is a premier Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) operating Base. In conjunction with the extension of the south parallel taxiway and airlift apron fuels projects, a new airlift apron was required to meet USCENTCOM's trans-load strategy of providing an en-route location in support of intra and inter-theater operations along the southern line of communications in the region.
Tigerbrain developed the reconstruction of the F-16 apron. The original concrete was severely cracked due to freeze-thaw damage and generating high FOD amounts. The project as designed was sized to 51,000 square yards to meet DD1391 allowances; the excess 14,000 square yards were converted to non-airfield equipment staging.
Tigerbrain provides pavement and civil engineering services to CSX Railroad's 35 container intermodal terminals. The terminals are located throughout the eastern US and Canada. Tigerbrain provides the pavement coring and testing with its drill rig, topographic surveys, design, bid documents, plans, specifications and full time construction inspection for repairs at about 10 terminals each year.
