I waited on them for over 6 hours for them to get upset that I wanted to know when they would arrive, and after they told me one hour for the 5th time (I waited at least past the hour each time to give them some time) they told my insurance company I no longer needed service and cancelled the service. I’d give zero stars but that’s not an option

The absolute worst towing experience I've ever had in my life (and I drive a POS truck so I am fairly familiar with being towed LOL).
I called and was quoted $75-$100. Their website advertises $75 with 5 miles includedand then $3 each additional mile. I needed my truck hauled just under 6 miles but I was charged an additional $16 for miles. They also slapped on some other fees because I had a truck and a passenger (both things I mentioned when getting my quote). I ended up paying $126 to be towed less than 6 miles.
But wait, it gets worse.
The truck I rode in didn't have a seat belt

The absolute best tow company in town!!! Probably in the state! The driver was very prompt, got to me in about 20min, very polite, and professional. The cost of service was exceptional, over half the price of anyone else I talked to in town. From now on the only towing service I will be using or recommending to anyone!

I really appreciate tow pros ! They were fast, friendly and very helpful! Honestly, having your car towed for any reason may not be the most happiest. When you have a service that is quick and to the point it makes a difference. I had the pleasure to ride with the owner and it was good experience. I def recommend them !
