If I could leave negative stars I would driver towed my 4wd jeep from only the back wheels with the front steering only in place because of my seatbelt tied in a knot around the wheel backwards for over 30 minutes and then proceeded to charge me more than what he quoted me

Called for service and got a rude kid on the phone not wanting to provide service they are contracted for. He said he would call me back shorty and never did. When i did get a hold of him again he was rude, disrespectful and when asked him name refused to give it saying he doesn't give his name for his safety. He knew i was going to complain on him. I hope my management team finds another towing agency because BUG Towing is UN reliable and totally disrespectful over the phone. He clearly has emotional problems.

The driver was the best part of the service he was kind and helped me out by dropping me at a place I could stay until my ride came. The guy on the phone the dispatcher is a unprofessional man that is short with you and rude, he failed to mention the lot fees that were more than the tow. My work car broke down in the snow on my way home. I called bugs and they said I could leave it at the lot and it would be no problem as it was snowing. I called another company to pick up the vehicle from Bugs (Fred's towing) awesome company btw. The driver got to bugs and the same dispatcher is claiming

Of course my tire would blowout this pst Sunday. I called some towing places in Colorado Springs and I went with Bugs Towing. They were able to give me accurate time estimates and showed up even a little early!
Brandon was great help and made the process a breeze. For something that is never ideal, they were able to help out in a pinch and made it very simple.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but my experience with Bugs Towing left me feeling taken advantage of.
I have had good luck with impound and tow auctions. I primarily base my decision on the pics and description. Granted, this s-10 came with a no title warning, but I knew I Could apply for one.
Yesterday, I went to pick the vehicle up. Before I paid for it, the manager mentioned that they did in fact have a key, and a title. I was pleasantly surprised. When I asked what the history of the vehicle was, I was told that the owner didn't want to pay the tow fees. And that

They went above and beyond for towing and with the cold weather they literally helped saved a persons life by getting them & their motorcycle off the side of the road in freezing temperatures. I just wanted to give this company a five star review because i was got myself in a situation and i called so many tow companies yesterday and everyone was either and hour and a half to four hours to come and help me?
I called this company and hung up because i was sent to voice mail, he called me back and this company was at my location in 35 minutes and i was in black forest.
Very professional and very quick response.
I only have one little negative thing to say, it was a bit expensive to get me out of my situation.
