Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that has been shown to be effective for people with therapy-resistant anxiety, major depression (MDD), bipolar depression (BPD), personality disorders, mild autism spectrum disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Eating Disorders, and/or addictions (SUD).

Aaron is responsible for coordinating services at our Eldersburg location - facilitating adult education and treatment groups throughout the week and co-facilitating the Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Columbia. Elizabeth is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and is a nationally certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist.
We provide services to those struggling with mental health, substance health, and co-occurring issues using a variety of counseling and therapy options to serve you best. You will have the benefit of a safe, comfortable and relaxing counseling environment in any one of our four offices: Columbia, Eldersburg, Millersville, and Towson.
