I have been coming to Spa Greystone for years now and I can’t compliment them enough on their service. Front desk staff is always super professional and gets me back on time. I have had laser genesis treatments with Pennie, Liz, and Peggy and all three are absolutely amazing—seriously. They really take the time to explain everything, answer any of my questions, and give product recommendations as well. I get the laser mainly for acne and redness and my skin has never looked better! The atmosphere of the office is very relaxing. Highly recommend!

I bought underarms laser hair removal package and went fine. Then bought lower legs package as well. This is my second session with Laser hair removal on this place. It did not do any good on my skin, causing me allergic reaction. I wanted a refund since I paid a package. Manager wanted me to use other services of the spa. Not realizing that she is being inconsiderate of what’s really happening. Having a bad experience, you still have to recommend OTHER services? Have to buy prescribed medication for the DAMAGED skin and deal with the scars. If you don’t want this same experience, find a better

Called last Saturday to make an appointment. Called me back immediately said they think the could get me in then said nope cant. Asked me what day, i said Monday. Said nope nothing available i said Tuesday she said nope. I said okay well what day you got. She said Wednesday. I said okay book it. Took my cc info down made a point to tell me that it would never be charged unless I decided to use their services. The consultation that i booked was supposedly free. Well had to take truck to shop today so i had to reschedule then she is like okay thats gonna be 25$ charge. For a free consultation. Come

Not sure how much I like this place yet. I received a $2000 treatment and the tech was very sweet. However, its been almost a month and my reward points haven't posted to my account. I've called in reference to this twice but nothing was addressed to resolution. I was only referred to Hedden downstairs even though I had the treatment with Spa Greystone. Innocent paying customers getting caught in the crossfire. Review would be a 5 if this was fixed timely with respect to the time and money I spent. Im.hoping to get this resolved soon.

Waited over an hour between services. The relaxation room where you wait for services is poorly equipped, aged, and dirty. No snacks, beverages, entertainment, or personal touches are available while you wait. The staff does not communicate or check in with customers, actually they were quite bothered and rude that I interrupted them while they were on their own personal devices to inquire when my upcoming service that I waited over an hour for would begin.
The men's locker room does not have a steam room and is messy with dirty bath robes and piles of dirty towels. Bathroom is not equipped

Came here to leave a review because I went even after seeing their low ratings and was more than happy with my experience. I went for two consults for two different things and needed up doing laser hair removal.
Each session was 20% off because of their monthly deals they post on their website. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful and each nurse I saw was extremely knowledgeable!! I was super nervous the first time and Peggy walked me through each step and kept me distracted by asking questions. The first time I went to Spa Greystone, I got the gel pedicure and it lasted for over a month! Everything was super clean and relaxing. I have a massage and dermaplaning session scheduled soon, and I cannot wait. I love the online booking feature, as well as the monthly spa calendar. Spa Greystone is definitely my go-to spa in the Birmingham area.

I would not recommend the Endermologie for the body - it is quite pricey and time consuming without results. I did the recommended 10 sessions (which was around a 600.00 dollar investment and each session took around an hour which includes the wait time, changing and procedure) and saw absolutely no difference whatsoever. They did kindly offer to sell me more treatments but without a guarantee that I would see any results. Why would I invest more time and money without a guarantee???

I absolutely love this Spa! The atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful. I had the best experience with Peggy! She is amazing and knows her stuff! I had laser hair removal on my underarms and my upper lip and it was super easy and painless. I will be back soon! 100% highly recommended Spa Greystone!

I've been seeing Dr.Hedden since 2011.since then the spa has the same old laser's and machine's.radio frequency is amazing on loose skin and celluite.he won't say that because his machine Is junk actually dangerous.your skin must be 41 degree Celsius.his has not temp.guide,very dangerous! A lady received 3 degree burns.its cheap at spa graystone because they know it don't work.olga is amazing!! Facials yes.anything to do with the body or laser.No! They are to money hungry to buy new equipment.Go to a reputable wellness center for laser. Spa director has no clue what is

I really expected more from this spa. The "relaxation room" has an unfortunate musty odor and the only "snacks" are what appears to be a nut mix from Walmart and a bag of Hershey Kisses. The massage rooms have loudly ticking clocks in them that detract from relaxation. Although I can't speak to the quality of all the services they offer, the ambience certainly pales in comparison to the Spa at St. Vincent's 119 and the hidden "71" health rating makes me not want to return.

For Christmas I was given a spa day package called Frosty the Spa Man, which consisted of a Glass of Holiday Cheer (red or white wine), a 20 minute hydrotherapy session (a hottub w/ water jets, a 90 minute deep tissue massage, & a men's haircut. I was totally relaxed & pleased with my visit. This place always has great deals for massages & any type of spa services. The only inconvenience I had during my 3 hour day there was that there were no robes or towels in the men's bathroom to which they apologized to me several times & quickly brought me what I needed.

One of my favorite places to get pampered. Have been coming to Spa Greystone for 7 years I think.
Excellent laser techs, highly experienced and professional. Plus I feel like I'm coming to see family when I come because I've been here so much over the years.
