A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Lemar holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child and Family Studies from Berea College as well as an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy from Virginia College's School of Massage Therapy. In 2005, Lemar opened Life Touch Massage, providing mobile massage services.
In addition to providing mobile massage services, Lemar was the most requested therapist at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama from 2006 to 2016.During his tenure at Ross Bridges he received many accolades including most requested therapist, Marriot's Spirit to Serve Award and in 2014, was featured in B Metro Magazine as a Salon & Spa Superstar Massage Therapist.

My boss took us to get an hour long massage for a end of the year gift. I had not had a massage at another facility. When you go in, there are some local boutique goods and you wait in a comfortable lounge with ambient lighting where you can have complementary herbal tea, coffee or water. Keshia was my massage therapist and she was very bubbly and warm. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like we would be great friends. My coworker felt the same about her massage therapist too. I really enjoyed the experience and can’t wait for my mom to come visit so I can take her for her first massage

Had a fantastic experience at Life Touch Massage. Was in town for work for two days and the stress was absolutely getting to me. The tension in my neck and shoulders was on another level and it made it hard to concentrate. Scheduled a last minute massage with Lakeshia and she helped tremendously. I told her which portions were bothering me most and she was able to work it out for me and I left feeling so much better. It helped my last day in B-Ham be an extremely successful one. Will certainly book her next time I schedule a visit there.

I’ve utilized Life Touch massage three times thus far with different individuals and all my massages were excellent. They provide you with quality customer service and wonderful massage experience. From the time you walk in the door you’re greeted with a smile. I highly recommend utilizing this business. I did the sauna experience for the first time with them and I totally enjoyed it. Check out their packages if you do massages frequently.

Let me just say that my expectations were extremely high prior to coming here! The Yelp reviews kind of set that tone for me. Scheduling online was super easy and quick. They followed up with me and sent me pre documents to save time the day of my massage.

When I arrived I was offered a drink and then whisked away to a very relaxing waiting space. I enjoyed a few sips of my wine but not too much bc I didn't want to have to use the bathroom during my massage. Lol

The last time I had a massage was one month prior to the closing of this type of business during the pandemic. Do I have to say, much needed. My mom and I both agreed we needed a massage ASAP! Thanks to fellow Yelpers, Life Touch had some great reviews. I tried to book through their website but for the day and time I wanted I couldn't find two people who were scheduled at the same time. I called and the nice receptionist sent an email and Sonya and Phillip responded and I booked the Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage 60 mins.

My father-parent goes here often and had purchased me a gift card for my bday last year. I finally decided to use it and made an appointment for a 90-min hot stone massage with Phillip.
I'd had their chair services previously at a private party and some local events. The chair services are great but don't compare to the full overall massage experience.
At the time of my appt, I was greeted by the receptionist. She wore her mask, took my temp and provided me with hand sanitizer. I was instructed to keep my mask on. I was introduced to Phillip (the masseuse) who also kept his mask

I think I find a little piece of heaven on earth today.
Today, my husband and I are celebrating 11 years of marriage. Normally, we would be on a tropical getaway, but Covid-19 changed those plans. We decided a couple's massage would be a good substitute. I asked for recommendations and the overwhelming response was we had to come to Life Touch. They moved some things around to accommodate us for our anniversary.
When we arrived, we were immediately greeted. Our temperatures were taken and we were offered water. We had a pleasant conversation with the receptionist as we waited for our appointment

This is honestly the best massage studio that I have been do- and I've tried several including massage envy and several local studios in Nashville, Birmingham, NJ, NYC, Boston. Great atmosphere, great attention to detail, and great masseuses. Just want to give a shout out to Philip! He has been the only one that is able to alleviate my shoulder and mid back pain.

Patrick did my massage and it was amazing. We discussed my day to day routine and he got a feel for the areas that may need lots of attention. We began with a complimentary foot bath and then my full body massage. I left feeling so relaxed and my back was no longer hurting. I'm def considering the monthly membership thanks to him! I've had the pleasure of visiting Life Touch on two occasions... and both were amazing! To enter the atmosphere brings about a calm mixed with relaxing aromatherapy. The receptionists were very welcoming. I entered a space to allow me to calm myself before my actual service where I was offered water, tea or coffee. The prequel to my full body massage was the most relaxing foot massage. Both visits not only met but absolutely exceeded my expectations. So today me and friend went to Life Touch and babyyyy both of our lives were touched. Our lives were changed by Phillip and Brittney for the best. I would recommend this place from beginning to end. The receptionist was great. The environment was clean and fresh scents filled the air. We were offer a beverage upon entering and leaving. The choice of music they played was relaxing and the lights set every tone possible. I am 99.999999% sure we will be returning. Professional the entire time and provide cards to call with any question or concerns.

Wow!!! Incredible!!! Relaxing!!! I've been getting massages regularly for 10 years all over the country wherever I've lived and Paisley gave me the BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!! Don't go anywhere else for a massage if you're in the Birmingham area. Only come to Life Touch and only ask for Paisley. Seriously this lady can find all the knots, trigger points, and won't leave you feeling like more could've been done. I've never walked away from a massage feeling like there couldn't have been anything else done. Get here immediately!! You won't regret
