I had the $140 detail. I was very impressed as they were able to do the detail 1 hour before they closed. I loved that they cleaned the seats and the back. I did ask for get a stain from the carpet but they didn’t. I did point it out before the detail. But for the waxing and the price. They are the nearest service car wash to me. I love that they support the pals programs. When I go back, I will mention it.

I unfortunately had a bad first time user experience this week at Bubba's. Recently bought a new car and was looking for a touchless style car wash, so when I read that this place had a hand prepped car wash, I understood it to be something it was not. It was two people with a stick brush, then firing through the tunnel like normal. When I first entered the parking lot, I was warmly greeted and I had a lot of questions. I was definitely open to the Monthly Plan, but as someone who never used their service or had an experience, I asked if the $17 I paid could be applied to the month

If you want to go to a place where you're disrespected this is totally the place for you! The manager there today (Saturday) came over to yell and curse me out. I was speaking to him in English and he started yelling at me to speak English. I was vacuuming the bed of my truck and instead of politely telling me the reason why I couldn't do that he continued to yell at me and even threw a disgusting gesture at me. I always go here to wash my cars and today they've lost me as a customer and I will be telling everyone about this and not to go there.

I've washed my car here several times but this last time through they scratched the hell out of my clear coat. I emailed and cancelled the membership, alerting management. I didn't get an apology, any acknowledgment, just an ok, we cancelled your membership. Not too thrilled, definitely won't be coming back no matter how convenient.

I have my car clay bar treated every 6 months. Today is the first time I have had it done at Bubba's, on Greenback Lane, in Citrus Heights. They did a beautiful job and the car was ready prior to the time they quoted. The staff there are some of the hardest workers I have seen. Thank you all ~ I'll definitely be back in 6 months!

It's not the greatest drive thru car wash but it's decent. And, what keeps me coming back is because of its convenient location. I have a monthly membership with Bubba's. The people who work here does a great job of keeping up with the long line of cars during rush hours. And kuddos to all the hardworking young folks who are employed here. I come wash my car at least 2x a week and they're always staying busy.
